The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra has released the Maharashtra Admissions to 5-Year LLB Course (MAH 5-Year LLB CAP) 2026 Round 3 seat allotment on the official portal at llb5cap26.mahacet.org. The provisional allotment list was published on September 18, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
The Round 3 allotment is based on the final merit list issued on September 16, 2026. Only candidates who submitted fresh preferences after the final merit list are eligible for this round.
Allotted candidates must report to their assigned law colleges between September 19 and September 23, 2026. Those who miss the reporting window will forfeit the allotted seat.

How to Check the MAH 5-Year LLB Round 3 Seat Allotment?
The Round 3 allotment result is available in PDF format on the official CAP portal. Candidates can view and download the allotment letter using the steps below.
- Visit the official portal at llb5cap26.mahacet.org.
- Click on the CAP Round 3 seat allotment link on the homepage.
- Enter the application number and password to log in.
- The allotment status will appear on the screen.
- Download the allotment letter and take a printout for reporting.
Documents Required at the Time of Reporting
Candidates must carry the following original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies to the allotted college.
- Round 3 provisional seat allotment letter
- MH CET Law 2026 scorecard and admit card
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates
- School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate
- Domicile certificate of Maharashtra where applicable
- Category and caste validity certificates for reserved candidates
- Non-creamy layer certificate for OBC candidates
- Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photographs
What Is the Reporting Procedure at the Allotted College?
On reaching the allotted college, candidates must submit the printed allotment letter at the admission desk. The college verifies the original documents against the online record.
After verification, candidates pay the tuition and development fees as per the college fee structure. The college then issues an admission confirmation slip that serves as proof of enrolment.
MAH 5-Year LLB CAP 2026 Seat Position
The MAH 5-Year LLB CAP 2026 covers 165 approved law colleges across Maharashtra. The total CAP intake stands at 11,172 seats for the five-year integrated LLB programme.
So far, 3,879 candidates have secured admission across the earlier CAP rounds. Round 3 is expected to fill a large share of the remaining vacant seats.
What Happens if a Candidate Misses Reporting?
Candidates who do not report to the allotted college by September 23, 2026 will lose the seat. The vacant seat then moves to the pool for the institutional-level round.

Round 3 is the last Centralised Admission Process round for the 2026 cycle. Candidates who remain unallotted must wait for institutional-level vacancy rounds if colleges announce them.
