MAH BCA CET CAP 2026 Provisional Merit List Out; Check Last Date to Raise Grievance

The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra has released the Maharashtra Bachelor of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test (MAH BCA CET) 2026 provisional merit list. Candidates who registered for the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) can check their rank on the official portal at bca2026.mahacet.org. The list was published on July 29, 2026.

Three separate provisional merit lists have been issued this year. These cover All India candidates, Maharashtra State candidates, and Maharashtra State Defence candidates. The grievance window is open from July 30 to 5 PM on August 1, 2026.

How to Check the MAH BCA CET CAP 2026 Provisional Merit List?

• Visit the official CAP portal at bca2026.mahacet.org.
• Log in using your application number and password.
• Open the provisional merit list link that matches your candidate category.
• Verify your rank, category, and personal details displayed on the screen.
• Save or download the page for your future record.

The rank pool for each candidate category is separate. All India candidates should not compare their number with the Maharashtra State list.

How to Raise a Grievance Against the Provisional Merit List?

Candidates who spot an error in their personal details, category, gender, or rank must act before 5 PM on August 1, 2026. Requests received after the deadline will not be accepted.

• Log in to your candidate account on the CAP portal.
• Open the grievance section linked to the provisional merit list.
• Select the field that needs correction and enter the correct value.
• Upload scanned supporting documents to substantiate the request.
• Submit the grievance and save the acknowledgement receipt.

The acceptance or rejection status of each grievance will appear in the candidate login. Applicants who selected physical scrutiny mode must visit the assigned scrutiny centre with original documents on the notified date.

Who Should Check the Provisional Merit List?

Every candidate who completed the MAH BCA CET 2026 CAP registration and document verification must review the list. The rank displayed here will decide the seat allocation in the upcoming CAP rounds. A missed correction at this stage can affect the final allotment.
