The State CET Cell Maharashtra has released the MAH 5-year LLB CAP 2026 final merit list on llb5cap26.mahacet.org. Shortlisted candidates can fill option forms till July 30, with round 1 seat allotment scheduled for August 2, 2026.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Government of Maharashtra, has released the final merit list for the MAH 5-Year LLB Common Admission Process (CAP) 2026. The merit list is now available for download at llb5cap26.mahacet.org.
The CET Cell has published category-wise merit lists on the official portal. Separate lists have been released for Maharashtra State (MS) candidates and Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) candidates. Dedicated merit lists are also available for Jammu and Kashmir migrants and ex-servicemen.
A total of 2,508 candidates have not been considered for CAP Round 1. Their names have been included in a separate non-considered candidates list. These candidates should check the official reasons mentioned against their applications and contact the CET Cell for further clarification.

How to Download the MAH 5-Year LLB CAP 2026 Final Merit List?
The final merit list determines which candidates can participate in the option form filling process. Candidates can follow the steps given below to download their applicable merit list:
- Visit the official CAP portal at llb5cap26.mahacet.org.
- Click on the final merit list notification link available on the homepage.
- Select the merit list PDF applicable to your candidate category.
- Open the PDF and search for your details using your CAP application number.
- Download and save the merit list for use during option filling, seat allotment, and reporting.

How to Fill the Option Form for CAP Round 1?
Candidates included in the final merit list must submit their college and course preferences online through the official CAP portal.
- Log in at llb5cap26.mahacet.org using your application number and password.
- Open the option form section from the candidate dashboard.
- Search for colleges offering the 5-year integrated LLB programme.
- Add and arrange up to 300 institute-course preferences in the desired order.
- Review the selected preferences carefully.
- Confirm, submit, and lock the option form before the deadline.

The option form filling window closes on July 30, 2026. Candidates who fail to submit and lock their preferences before the deadline will not be considered for MAH 5-Year LLB CAP 2026 Round 1 seat allotment.
The final merit list is the base for every future allotment. Any error in category, merit number, or status must be flagged immediately. A missed correction now can block seat allotment in the coming rounds.
