The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra has released the Maharashtra NEET UG (MAH NEET UG) 2026 Round 3 seat matrix. The vacancy list was published on October 6, 2026 at medical2026.mahacet.org. The matrix covers vacant MBBS and BDS seats under the state quota.
A total of 1,931 seats remain vacant after Round 2 counselling. These seats will be offered through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 3. Round 2 closed with 82.75 percent of 11,196 state quota seats filled.

Round 2 to Round 3 Vacancy Position
Round 2 counselling filled 9,265 of 11,196 state quota seats. The remaining 1,931 seats now roll into Round 3. The overall vacancy stands at 17.25 percent before CAP Round 3.

Who Can Participate in Round 3?
