Makhanlal Chaturvedi University Bhopal Fee Structure 2026-27 Released for All Programs

Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism & Communication, Bhopal, has released the fee structure for the 2026-27 academic session. The revised fee details cover various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered at the Bhopal and Rewa campuses. The MCNUJC University allows students to pay fees in installments across different semesters, making it easier to manage educational expenses. The fee structure includes courses in journalism, mass communication, computer applications, management, and engineering. Students planning to seek admission this year should review the fee details carefully before applying.

For postgraduate programmes, the MBA and MCA programmes carry a total fee of INR 75,046, while various MA programmes cost INR 57,246 at the Bhopal campus. The MSc programmes have a total fee of INR 66,346, whereas the MLIS programme costs INR 19,488.

Among undergraduate courses, the B.Tech programme is the most expensive with a total fee of INR 1,22,378. The BCA, BA, BSc, and BCom programmes carry a total fee of INR 1,12,242 at the Bhopal campus. At the Rewa campus, students can pursue selected programmes at comparatively lower fee levels.

The university has also specified that fees are payable in installments. The first installment must be paid at the time of admission, while subsequent payments are generally scheduled during January and July. Students should carefully follow the payment schedule mentioned in their admission documents and retain all fee receipts for future reference.

Candidates should note that the fee structure is applicable for the 2026-27 academic session and may be revised by the university in future years. Additional expenses such as hostel accommodation, transportation, examination charges, and other campus facilities may be charged separately. The university also offers scholarships, fee concessions, and financial assistance schemes for eligible students as per applicable rules and government norms.
