AIMA has opened MAT 2026 Special Drive Test registration till September 1 2026. The Paper Based Test will be held on September 6 2026 at mat.aima.in.
The All India Management Association (AIMA) has announced the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) 2026 Special Drive. Registration is now open on the official portal at mat.aima.in. The examination will be conducted in Paper Based Test (PBT) mode.
MAT is a national-level entrance test for MBA and PGDM aspirants. Over 600 business schools in India accept MAT scores for admission.

Who Is Eligible for the MAT 2026 Special Drive Test?
Graduates in any discipline from a recognised university can apply. Candidates in the final year of graduation are also eligible.
There is no upper age limit prescribed by AIMA for MAT. Aspirants should verify programme-specific eligibility criteria of their target business school.

MAT 2026 Exam Pattern
The MAT 2026 question paper contains 200 multiple-choice questions across five sections. The total exam duration is 150 minutes.

- Click on the registration link for the MAT 2026 Special Drive Test.

- Upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
- Pay the application fee through the online payment gateway.
- Submit the application form and save the confirmation page for future reference.
The Special Drive gives a fresh chance to MBA aspirants. Candidates who missed earlier MAT cycles can now appear in September. It supports late admissions for the 2026-27 academic session.
