How to Check the NEET SS Special Stray Round 2026 Allotment Result?

The allotment result is hosted as a PDF on the MCC portal. Candidates can follow the steps below to access it.

  1. Visit the official MCC website at mcc.nic.in.

  2. Open the NEET SS section on the homepage.

  3. Click on the link for Special Stray Round Seat Allotment Result 2026.

  4. The allotment PDF will open in a new window.

  5. Search for your roll number or name in the list.

  6. Download the PDF and save a copy for reporting.

Documents Required at the Time of Reporting

Candidates must carry the originals along with two sets of self-attested photocopies. The institute will verify each document before admission.

  • NEET SS 2026 admit card and scorecard

  • MBBS and MD or MS degree certificates

  • Internship completion and permanent registration certificate

  • Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates

  • Valid photo identity proof such as Aadhaar or PAN

  • Passport-size photographs and the allotment letter

What Happens if a Candidate Does Not Report?

Candidates who skip reporting within the window will lose the allotted seat. The seat will be treated as a non-joined vacancy. Such candidates may also face a debarment as per MCC rules.

Admission is confirmed only after the allotted institute accepts the document verification and fee payment. The institute then issues a joining report to MCC.

Why This Matters

The Special Stray Round is the last chance to secure a super specialty seat in this cycle. Any vacancy left after October 6 cannot be filled through MCC. Candidates aiming for a DM or MCh seat this year must act within the window.

Action Plan for Candidates

  1. Download the allotment PDF from mcc.nic.in and confirm your allotted institute.
  2. Prepare original documents and two sets of self-attested photocopies.
  3. Arrange the admission fee as per the institute norms.
  4. Travel to the allotted institute and complete document verification.
  5. Pay the fee and collect the joining report before October 6, 2026.
Keep an Eye On

Watch the MCC portal for the final joined-candidate list and any vacancy update after October 6, 2026.
