The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra has released the Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) 2026 Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 4 provisional seat allotment. The result was declared on September 3 2026. Candidates can check their allotment status at fe2026.mahacet.org.
The allotment covers engineering and pharmacy seats across participating Maharashtra institutes. Round 4 is the final CAP round for the 2026 admission cycle. Allotted candidates must accept seats online between September 4 and 7 2026. Physical reporting at institutes also closes on September 7 2026.

How to Check the MHT CET CAP Round 4 Allotment Status?
The allotment status is available only on the official CAP portal. Follow the steps below to view your result.
- Visit the official portal at fe2026.mahacet.org.
- Click on the CAP Round 4 allotment status link.
- Enter your application number and password to log in.
- The allotment letter will appear on the screen.
- Download and save the letter for the next steps.
Candidates can also view the institute-wise allotment list on the same portal. Cut-off lists for Maharashtra and All India categories are available too.

How to Accept the Allotted Seat?
Seat acceptance is a two-stage process for allotted candidates. Both an online step and a physical step are compulsory.
Candidates must first complete self-verification on the CAP portal. Then the online seat acceptance must be submitted before the deadline. After that, candidates must report physically at the allotted institute.
During physical reporting, candidates must carry all required original documents. The requisite tuition fee must also be paid at the institute. Only then will the admission stand confirmed for the 2026 session.
What Happens After Round 4?
Round 4 is the last CAP round conducted by the CET Cell. Candidates without a CAP seat can apply through the Institute Level admission route. The Institute Level option form is open till September 7 2026.
Round 4 is the final CAP stage for MHT CET 2026. Candidates who miss the September 7 deadline will forfeit their allotted seat. Vacant seats will then move to the Institute Level admission stage.
