MP NEET PG 2025 Round 2 merit list is out online; shortlisted candidates must complete choice filling within the deadline.
The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh has released the MP NEET PG merit list 2025 for Round 2 in September 2025 for registered candidates. The list includes names of candidates eligible to participate in the next stage of the state counselling process for MD, MS and PG Diploma admissions. Candidates whose names appear in the merit list must complete online choice filling within the given timeline, as choices will be auto-locked after the deadline.
The Round 2 merit list has been prepared only for candidates who successfully registered and submitted the counselling form online. As per official details, 3,518 candidates have been shortlisted in the MP NEET PG 2025 Round 2 merit list and are eligible for further counselling rounds.

Candidates can follow these simple steps to access the merit list PDF:
- Visit the official website – mpneet.gov.in
- Click on PG Courses on the homepage
- Select MP NEET PG Merit List
- Log in and choose your respective course
- The Round 2 merit list PDF will appear on the screen

Details Mentioned in MP NEET PG Round 2 Merit List 2025
The merit list PDF carries the following important information:
- All India Rank (NEET PG)
- National and State percentile
- MP State Rank
- Category
- Roll number
- Marks obtained
In case of a tie, candidates with fewer negative marks are ranked higher. If the tie still continues, older candidates are given preference.
Candidates shortlisted in the merit list must complete online choice filling for colleges and courses. Seat allotment will be done based on NEET PG rank, filled preferences, category, and seat availability. After allotment, candidates will have to report to the allotted institute for document verification and fee payment as per the counselling schedule.
