Directorate of Medical Education Madhya Pradesh has opened MP NEET UG Round 2 Counselling 2026 registration at dme.mponline.gov.in. Fresh candidates who missed Round 1 can now apply. Seat allotment result is expected on September 11, 2026.

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Madhya Pradesh has opened Round 2 registration. This is for the MP NEET UG Counselling 2026 process. Candidates can apply at the official portal dme.mponline.gov.in. Fresh registration is open for NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates only. It covers those who could not apply during Round 1. Already registered candidates need not register again for Round 2.
An edit facility is open for both fresh and existing applicants. The window runs from September 5 to 6, 2026. This option excludes candidates admitted through the First Round. The revised merit list will be published on September 7, 2026. Physical and virtual vacancy details appear on the same date. Fresh choice filling and locking follow this publication step.
Fresh choice filling is compulsory for all Round 2 participants. This rule also applies to First Round admitted candidates seeking upgradation. Any candidate without fresh choices will lose consideration in Round 2.

Who Is Eligible for MP NEET UG Round 2 Counselling 2026?
All applicants must have qualified NEET UG 2026 to participate. Fresh registration is limited to candidates who missed Round 1. Domicile and reservation rules of Madhya Pradesh apply for state quota seats.
The counselling covers MBBS and BDS admissions across Madhya Pradesh. It includes government and private medical and dental colleges in the state. Candidates must meet college-specific eligibility criteria before choice locking.
