How to Raise Objections Against the Provisional Allotment?

Candidates must follow the process laid out by AMRU. Objections received after the deadline will not be accepted.

  1. Visit the official website at amruhp.ac.in.
  2. Download the provisional seat allotment PDF from the notices section.
  3. Check your name, category, college, and course branch carefully.
  4. Note the exact discrepancy along with supporting documents and roll number.
  5. Submit the grievance to AMRU through the mode specified in the notification.
  6. Ensure submission before the September 6, 2026 deadline.

Fee Structure for HP MDS 2026-27

The Himachal Pradesh government has revised the tuition fee for the current academic session. The hike applies only to certain seat categories in private colleges.

The tuition fee has been increased by 10 percent for MDS state quota and management quota seats in private unaided dental colleges. Government dental college fees remain as per the state notification.

What Happens After the Final Round 1 Allotment?

Candidates allotted a seat must report to the assigned college for document verification. The admission is confirmed only after physical reporting and fee payment.

Those who wish to upgrade their seat can participate in the next round. AMRU will announce the Round 2 schedule on its portal in due course.

Why This Matters

The 24-hour objection window is very short. Candidates must download and cross-check the provisional list on the day of release itself. Missing this window means the final Round 1 seat is locked based on the current allotment.

Action Plan for Candidates

  1. Visit amruhp.ac.in and download the provisional allotment PDF today.
  2. Verify your allotted college, course, and category details line by line.
  3. Prepare supporting documents if you plan to file an objection.
  4. Submit your grievance to AMRU before September 6, 2026.
  5. Keep original certificates, category proofs, and fee amount ready for reporting.
  6. Track the AMRU notices page daily for the final allotment update.
Keep an Eye On
