NBEMS has released the NEET MDS 2026 cutoff on June 2, 2026 at natboard.edu.in. The qualifying percentile is 50th for General and 40th for SC, ST, OBC and PwBD candidates. Counselling will be conducted by MCC at mcc.nic.in.
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) 2026 cutoff on the official website at natboard.edu.in. The cutoff was announced on June 2, 2026 along with the result and scorecard. Candidates can download the scorecard PDF without any login credentials.
NEET MDS 2026 was conducted on May 2, 2026 as a computer-based test. The exam carried 240 multiple-choice questions for a total of 960 marks. The result PDF lists the roll number, score obtained, All India Rank, qualifying status and category-wise cutoff.

NEET MDS 2026 Qualifying Percentile
NBEMS has fixed the qualifying percentile in line with Dental Council of India norms. The cutoff decides who can take part in MDS counselling for 2026-27. Candidates who score below the qualifying percentile will not be eligible for counselling.

The scorecard is hosted on the NBEMS website. No login credentials are required to download the result PDF. Candidates should follow the steps listed below to access their scorecard.

- Open the latest notifications section on the homepage.
- Click on the link for NEET MDS 2026 Result.
- The merit list and scorecard PDF will open on the screen.
- Search the document using your roll number for personal details.
- Save the file and take a printout for future reference.
How to Use the Cutoff to Plan Counselling?
The qualifying cutoff is the gate to counselling, but the closing rank decides the seat. MCC conducts counselling for 50 percent All India Quota seats. State authorities conduct counselling for the remaining 50 percent state quota seats.
MCC also handles deemed university, central university, ESIC and AFMC seats. Candidates who clear the qualifying cutoff must register separately for AIQ and state rounds. Choice filling and seat allotment happen online at mcc.nic.in.
Qualifying the NEET MDS cutoff is mandatory for every MDS aspirant. It is the only common entrance route for MDS admission in India. A score below the percentile bars admission to all dental PG seats this cycle.
