To download the merit list, candidates must select the type of college, subject, district, college, stream. After downloading the merit list, candidates can download the letter of intimation.

DHE Odisha +3 Admission 2020: How is Merit List Prepared?
The merit list for DHE Odisha +3 admission is prepared by considering the following:
- Marks secured for Higher Secondary Examination (10 + 2)
- Weighting and Reservation (if applicable)
If on a case-by-case basis, the candidates have passed 10 + 2 in a compartmental manner, the average of the marks secured in the subjects concerned shall be considered to determine the aggregate.
The marks of candidates passing an examination of 10 + 2 or equivalent from CBSE, ICSE & Other Board shall be computed in the following manner:
Calculation of percentage = (X * 600)/Y
Where X= Total marks are secured (there will be no selection of the best 4 or best 5), Y = Total marks

DHE Odisha +3 Admission 2020: Tie-Breaking Criteria
If two or more applicants who opted for the same college and stream (Honours / Pass) have the same marks in 10 + 2 (Arts / Commerce), the following rule is followed to resolve the tie.
Arts / Commerce Stream
Preference is given to a candidate who has more marks in English.
If there is still a link in the case, the candidate who has more marks in the MIL will be given preference.
Science Stream
In the case of the Science stream, first, a candidate with a higher English mark shall be given preference.
If the tie still exists, the Chemistry marks will be considered higher.

DHE Odisha +3 merit list releases online. The candidates are required to follow the steps given below to download DHE Odisha +3 merit list 2020.

Step 2: Now, click on the merit list link on the home page.
Step 3: After following the above step, a new window will be opened. In this window, select all the fields required, such as:
- Type of college
- District
- College, College
- Stream
- Subject
Step 4: Next, click the 'Show' button.
Step 5: The merit list will appear on the next screen.
Step 6: Check the name and download the merit list for further reference.

DHE Odisha +3 Admission 2020: What is Meant by Intimation Letter?
Intimation letter is sent to the selected candidates after the respective round of DHE Odisha +3 selection.
It indicates the name of the college in which the candidate is admitted. Following the issuance of the letter of intimation, candidates must submit documents for verification and pay the admission fee.

Fill in the CAF and pay the admission fee
Applicants must first complete and submit the CAF and pay the admission fee.
Download the letter of intimation
Following submission of the Odisha +3 admission 2020 common application form, candidates must download their intimation letter from the official website.
Verification of Document
Next, the candidates must appear at their Destination College (allowed by letter of intimation) and submit the documents. No original documents shall be submitted to the official authorities. However, be sure to take self-tested photocopies of the documents.
Take part in the slide-up process (if required)
Once the documents have been submitted, if the candidates want to participate in the slide-up process, they can do so. In order to do so, they must log in to their SAMS account within the prescribed time limit.
What is a slide up process?
Once Odisha +3 CAF has been submitted, the candidates must submit a slide-up form.
To fill in the slide-up form, candidates must log in with their username and password.
In order to participate, candidates must agree on the terms and conditions for taking part in the slide-up process for the next selection process.
This facility is available until the options are exhausted.
If the candidates do not confirm their admission, no higher selection options shall be considered. As a result, candidates must remain in the same position as in the earlier selection process.
What is Spot Admission?
After the completion of the DHE Odisha +3 two selection rounds, the merit list for spot admission will be released. The list of spot admissions is also available on the official website.

DHE Odisha +3 2020 Admission: Documents to be Submitted
In order to be admitted, the candidates must submit the following documents:
- Original certificates (as per letter of intimation)
- Total admission fees
- 3 passport size photos of candidate
- Class 10 Certificate
- Class 12 Certificate
- Pass Certificate
- Certificate of reservation (if any)
- PwD certificate issued by CDMO / SDMO / CMO of Capital Hospital (in the case of Bhubaneshwar)
- Certificate of ex-servicemen (if any)
- Certificate of Children of Martyrs from the District Collector (if any)
- Serving the Defense Staff Certificate from the Commanding Officer of the Unit
- Weightage certificate (if any)
Following original documents must be retained by the authority
- School/college leaving certificate issued by the last institution to attend
- Migration certificate (if any)
- Certificate of Conduct
