The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee (OJEEC) has released the OJEE 2026 Round 3 seat allotment result for Lateral Entry courses. Candidates can check their allotment status on the official website at ojee.nic.in. This round covers LE-Tech (Diploma), LE-B.Sc., Integrated MBA, and Working Professionals streams.
Round 3 is the final round of OJEE 2026 counselling. Newly allotted candidates must complete online reporting, part admission-cum-seat confirmation fee payment, and document upload from July 31 to August 3, 2026. Candidates can report to their allotted colleges from August 1, 2026 onwards, and the reporting process must be completed by August 7, 2026, by 5:00 PM.

Seat Acceptance Fee for Lateral Entry Candidates
Allotted candidates must pay the part admission-cum-seat confirmation fee to confirm their seats. The fee will be adjusted against the total tuition fee at the allotted institute.

Candidates can view their allotment status through the login portal on the official website. The steps below apply to all lateral-entry streams covered in this round.
- Visit the official OJEE portal at ojee.nic.in.
- Click on the Round 3 seat allotment link for lateral-entry courses.
- Log in using the application number and password.
- View the allotted institute, branch, and category details on the screen.
- Download the provisional allotment letter for future reference.

How to Complete Online Reporting and Fee Payment?
Online reporting is mandatory for every newly allotted candidate. Candidates must complete the process between July 31 and August 3, 2026. Failure to complete the required formalities may result in the cancellation of the allotted seat.
- Log in to the counselling portal at admissions.nic.in.
- Select the freeze or float option, as applicable.
- Pay the Rs 25,000 seat acceptance fee through the available online payment modes.
- Upload scanned copies of the required documents.
- Respond to document-verification queries, if any, by August 5, 2026, by 5:00 PM.
- Download the reporting slip and final allotment letter after completing fee payment and document verification.

Documents Required at the Time of Reporting
Candidates must carry the original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies to the allotted institute.

- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and pass certificates
- Diploma or graduation mark sheets for LE-Tech and LE-B.Sc. candidates

Freeze and Float Options Explained
Candidates who accept the Round 3 allotment can choose the appropriate option during online reporting. Since Round 3 is the final counselling round, no further upward movement will take place.
Selecting Freeze means that the candidate has accepted the currently allotted seat and will not be considered for any further changes.
Selecting Float in the final round has the same practical effect because no additional counselling rounds will follow. Candidates who do not wish to join the allotted institute may skip the reporting process, following which the seat may be released.
Round 3 is the final counselling round for OJEE 2026 lateral-entry admissions. Newly allotted candidates who fail to complete the online reporting, seat confirmation fee payment, and document upload by August 3, 2026 may lose their allotted seats. Physical reporting at the allotted college must be completed by August 7, 2026, by 5:00 PM. No fresh registration or spot round has been announced by the OJEE Committee.
