Punjab NEET UG Round 3 Seat Matrix 2026 Released at bfuhsonline.ac.in; Check MBBS and BDS Vacancy

The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has released a key notice. The Punjab NEET Undergraduate (UG) 2026 Round 3 seat matrix is now live. Candidates can check it on the official portal at bfuhsonline.ac.in.

The matrix lists 307 MBBS seats and 501 BDS seats as vacant. These are open for allotment in the final state counselling round. The Punjab state quota admissions are processed through BFUHS Faridkot.

Round 3 is the last chance for state quota MBBS and BDS seats. The provisional seat allotment result will be announced on October 10, 2026. Candidates who registered between September 28 and October 2 will be eligible for allotment.

Registration Fee and Security Deposit

BFUHS has fixed two separate charges for Round 3 applicants. These are the registration fee and the refundable security deposit.

The payment is made online through the BFUHS admission portal. Candidates must select the deposit slab that matches their college choice. Opting for the lower deposit limits choice filling to government colleges.

How to Check the Punjab NEET Round 3 Seat Matrix?

The seat matrix is available as a downloadable PDF on the official site. Candidates can follow the simple steps given below.

1. Visit the official BFUHS admission portal at bfuhsonline.ac.in.
2. Click on the MBBS and BDS 2026 counselling section.
3. Open the link titled Seat Matrix for 3rd Round.
4. Select the course PDF for either MBBS or BDS.
5. Download and save the matrix for reference during choice filling.

Eligibility for Punjab NEET Round 3 Counselling

Only NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates can register for Round 3. Applicants must also meet the Punjab domicile and admission rules of BFUHS. NRI quota candidates follow a separate application track.

Candidates already allotted a seat in Round 2 face strict exit rules. Once a Round 3 seat is accepted, resignation is not allowed. Walking away after Round 2 forfeits the security deposit.
