What Should Candidates Do After Seat Allotment?
Candidates allotted a seat must decide whether to accept the allocation. Those accepting the seat have to pay the admission fee online through the KEA portal. After fee payment, candidates can download the admission order and report to the allotted college within the specified timeline.
Candidates must carry original documents for verification at the college. These include the NEET UG 2026 scorecard, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, identity proof, category certificate (if applicable), and the KEA admission order. Failure to report on time may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
Who Should Participate in Round 3?
Round 3 is open to candidates who registered for KEA NEET UG 2026 counselling and submitted fresh choices during the Round 3 option entry window. Candidates who were not allotted a seat in earlier rounds or who chose to upgrade their allotment are eligible. Fresh registrations were not accepted for this round.
Round 3 is one of the final chances to secure an MBBS or BDS seat in Karnataka through the state quota. Candidates who miss this round may have limited options in the stray vacancy round that follows.
