Who Can Participate in Round 2?

Round 2 is open to candidates under Government Quota (GQ) and Management Quota (MQ) within the notified NEET PG rank ranges. Candidates who were allotted seats in Round 1 and opted for re-allotment can also participate, subject to rules.

Candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₹1,000 for each quota (Government and Management). In addition, a refundable security deposit is required, if not paid earlier:

  • Government Medical Colleges: ₹30,000
  • Government Quota seats in self-financing colleges: ₹1,00,000
  • Management Quota (including Minority/NRI) in self-financing colleges: ₹2,00,000

Candidates can edit choices multiple times before final locking. If choices are not locked by December 21, 2025 (6:00 PM), they will be auto-locked. Applicants who applied for both quotas can fill choices for Government and Management seats together. Once locked, changes are not allowed.

Seats allotted in Round 1 but marked for re-allotment appear as virtual vacancies in Round 2. These seats become actual vacancies only if the Round 1 allottee vacates them, after which allotment is done strictly on merit order.
