The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Board has opened the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 Round 3 counselling registration. Candidates can register on the official portal at ojee.nic.in. The counselling is being conducted for MBBS and BDS admissions under the Odisha state quota.
Registration begins on September 28, 2026 at 11:30 AM. The window will close on September 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Fresh candidates must pay a non-refundable online counselling fee of Rs 1,000.
The board will publish the provisional revised State merit list on September 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM. The final Round 3 State merit list will be released on October 1, 2026 at 5:30 PM. Choice filling and locking will run from October 1 to October 4, 2026.

Who Is Eligible for Odisha NEET UG Round 3 2026?
The registration is open only to candidates who meet the Odisha state quota eligibility rules. Applicants must verify the citizenship, domicile, NEET qualification, and academic criteria before completing registration.
The candidate must be an Indian citizen and a permanent native of Odisha.
The candidate must have qualified NEET UG 2026 with a valid rank.
Class 12 must be cleared in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
General category candidates need a minimum 50 percent aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
SC and ST candidates need a minimum 40 percent aggregate in the same three subjects.

- Upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
- Pay the Rs 1,000 counselling fee through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
- Submit the form and save the confirmation page for future reference.
Round 3 is the final state-quota round before the mop-up phase. Candidates still hoping for an MBBS or BDS seat in Odisha must not skip this window. Missing it may leave only private-quota options at higher fees.
