What Happens If a Candidate Skips Reporting?
Reporting to the allotted college is the final step of admission. A missed report has serious consequences for the candidate.
The allotted seat is cancelled if the candidate does not report by August 13. Such candidates cannot join any later TNEA round this cycle.
Round 2 opens seats to candidates ranked as low as 131093. This widens access to Tamil Nadu engineering colleges. It goes well beyond the top scorers of Round 1.
