TS EAMCET 2026 Final Phase Counselling Slot Booking Begins; Check Last Date to Register

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has opened the Telangana Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET) 2026 final phase counselling registration and slot booking on the official website at tgeapcet.nic.in. Candidates who qualified the entrance test can register, pay the processing fee, and book a certificate verification slot in a single sitting on July 31, 2026.

The final phase covers admissions into engineering, pharmacy, and agriculture programmes offered by participating institutions in Telangana. It is the last opportunity for qualified aspirants to secure a seat through the state counselling process.

Candidates must note that the options exercised during Phase 1 and Phase 2 stand void. Fresh web options are mandatory to be considered for allotment in the final phase.

TG EAPCET 2026 Final Phase Counselling Schedule

Who Can Register for the Final Phase?

All candidates who qualified the TG EAPCET 2026 entrance test are eligible. This includes candidates who did not participate in earlier phases and those who were not allotted a seat. Candidates who were allotted a seat earlier but did not join can also register afresh.

Applicants must satisfy the domicile, academic, and category-specific eligibility norms laid down in the detailed notification issued by the convenor.

How to Register and Book a Slot for the Final Phase?

The registration, processing fee payment, and slot booking must be completed together in one online session. Candidates should keep their hall ticket, rank card, and payment details ready before starting.

• Visit the official portal at tgeapcet.nic.in.
• Click on the final phase registration link on the homepage.
• Enter the TG EAPCET 2026 hall ticket number and rank details.
• Fill in personal, academic, and category information as required.
• Pay the online processing fee through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
• Select a preferred date and time slot for certificate verification.
• Download and save the confirmation receipt for future reference.

Documents Required for Certificate Verification

Candidates must carry the originals along with a set of photocopies for verification. Missing any mandatory document can lead to rejection at the verification stage.

• TG EAPCET 2026 rank card and hall ticket
• Class 10 marksheet or birth certificate for date of birth proof
• Class 12 or Intermediate memorandum of marks
• Transfer Certificate from the last institution attended
• Study certificates from Class 6 to Class 12
• Aadhaar card
• Income, caste, and residence certificates, where applicable
• EWS certificate or special category certificates, if applicable

Fresh Options Are Mandatory

The convenor has clarified that all preferences submitted in Phase 1 and Phase 2 will not be considered in this round. Candidates must log in after certificate verification and enter fresh choices of college and branch combinations.

The freezing of options closes on August 2, 2026. Any option not frozen by the deadline may not be processed for allotment.

After the Seat Allotment

The provisional allotment result will be declared on August 5, 2026 on the official portal. Allotted candidates must pay the tuition fee online and report to the allotted institution between August 5 and August 7, 2026.

Candidates who wish to change their branch within the same institution can participate in the internal sliding window from August 12 to August 17, 2026. Vacant seats will then be filled through spot admissions handled at the institutional level from August 16, 2026.

1. Log in at tgeapcet.nic.in on July 31, 2026 to register.
2. Pay the processing fee and book a certificate verification slot in the same session.
3. Keep all originals and photocopies ready for verification on August 1, 2026.
4. Enter fresh web options between August 1 and August 2, 2026.
5. Freeze the choices by the end of August 2, 2026.
6. Check the allotment result on August 5 and complete reporting by August 7, 2026.
