UBTER has opened Round 2 registration and choice filling for JEEP 2026 counselling. Candidates can apply on admissions.ubterjeep.co.in from July 6 to July 8, 2026. The Round 2 seat allotment result will be declared on July 11, 2026.
The Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Roorkee (UBTER) has opened Round 2 registration and choice filling for the Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnic (JEEP) 2026 counselling. Eligible candidates can register on the official portal at admissions.ubterjeep.co.in. The registration and choice filling window closes on July 8, 2026.
Round 2 is open to candidates who did not secure a seat in Round 1 and to fresh applicants who missed the earlier window. The Round 1 seat allotment was published on June 24, 2026. Vacant seats after Round 1 will be offered in this round.

Courses Covered Under Round 2
UBTER JEEP counselling covers four programme groups across polytechnics in Uttarakhand. Round 2 seat matrices for all groups are live on the portal.
- Group E: Diploma in Engineering
- Group P: Diploma in Pharmacy
- Group A: Diploma in Engineering through Lateral Entry
- Group T: Textile Design, Garment Technology, and Fashion Design
Counselling Fee for Round 2
UBTER does not charge any counselling fee for the online rounds. Candidates only pay the institute admission fee after reporting to the allotted college. Payment details are shared at the reporting stage.
How to Register for UBTER JEEP 2026 Round 2 Counselling?
The entire Round 2 process is online. Candidates should follow the steps below on the official portal.
- Visit admissions.ubterjeep.co.in and open the candidate login.
- Log in using the JEEP 2026 application number and password.
- Confirm personal, academic, and category details on the dashboard.
- Open the choice filling section and add preferred colleges and branches.
- Lock the choices before the July 8 deadline and save the confirmation page.
How to Check Round 2 Seat Allotment Result?
The Round 2 seat allotment result will be declared on July 11, 2026. Candidates can view the allotment letter after logging in to the portal.
- Open the official portal at admissions.ubterjeep.co.in.
- Click on the Round 2 seat allotment link on the homepage.
- Enter the application number and password to log in.
- Download the provisional allotment letter for reporting.
Round 2 is the main chance for JEEP 2026 qualified candidates left out in Round 1. It is also open to fresh registrations for vacant seats. Missing the July 8 deadline blocks entry into further rounds.
