UGC Extends the Deadline for 4 Scholarships Programs

Candidates can now apply for the scholarships till November 30, 2020 as per the revised dates set by UGC. For more details check the official site.

UGC has extended the last date for applying into the scholarship as November 30, 2020. Also, the verification of documents by institutions is extended to December 15, 2020.

The scholarship application process commenced on September 1, 2020. Below mentioned scholarship dates have been extended:

1. Indira Gandhi PG Scholarship for Single Child (SGC)
2. Ishan Uday Special scheme for North Eastern Region (NER),
3. PG Scholarship for University Rank Holder candidate (URH)
4. PG Scholarship for Professional Courses for SC/ST candidates (PGSPROF).

How to Apply For Scholarship?

Eligible students are required to submit their application through the National Scholarship Portal. Below are the steps for applying to the scholarship via online mode:

Step 1: Visit the official website

Step 2: Scroll to AFNA Scholarship Scheme in the homepage

Step 3: Check the rules and regulations for the scheme and click on the application form

Step 4: Fill in the application form and fill in the required details

Step 5: Submit the form
