How to Complete Physical Reporting at the Institute?
Reach the allotted institute during the September 3 to 7 window. Carry the printed allotment letter and every listed original document. The institute will verify the papers before confirming the admission.
Documents Required at Physical Reporting
- UPTAC 2026 Special Round 2 seat allotment letter
- Class 10 mark sheet and passing certificate
- Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate
- JEE Main 2026 or CUET UG 2026 scorecard, as applicable
- Transfer certificate and migration certificate from the last institute
- Category certificate for OBC, SC, ST, or EWS candidates
- Aadhaar card and one recent passport-size photograph
- One self-attested photocopy of every original document
Seat Acceptance Fee and Payment
Candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee before visiting the institute. The payment is made online through the UPTAC portal. Accepted modes include net banking, debit card, credit card, and UPI.
No refund is issued for non-reporting or later seat cancellation. Candidates who skip reporting also forfeit the paid amount.
Special Round 2 is the final centralised allotment stage for AKTU seats. Vacant seats after this round usually shift to institute-level spot admission.
