WB JEPBN 2026 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result Out; Check Fee Payment and Reporting Deadline

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has released the Joint Entrance for Post Basic Nursing (JEPBN) 2026 Round 2 seat allotment result. The result is available on the official portal at wbjeeb.nic.in. Candidates who participated in Round 2 choice filling can now check their allotted institute and course.

The JEPBN counselling is conducted for admission to the Post Basic BSc Nursing programme in government and private colleges across West Bengal. Round 2 choice filling took place from September 18 to September 20, 2026, followed by the allotment on September 22, 2026.

Allotted candidates must complete two mandatory steps to secure their seats. They must pay the seat acceptance fee online through the counselling portal and complete self-reporting at the allotted institute. Both steps must be completed by September 24, 2026.

How to Check the JEPBN 2026 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result?

The board has hosted the allotment result on the official admissions portal. Candidates need their JEPBN application number and password to log in.

1. Visit the official portal at admissions.nic.in/WBJEEB.
2. Click on the JEPBN 2026 candidate sign-in link.
3. Enter the application number and password to log in.
4. Open the Round 2 seat allotment section on the dashboard.
5. View the allotted institute, course and category details.
6. Download the provisional allotment letter for reference.

How to Complete Fee Payment and Reporting?

Fee payment and self-reporting are two separate compulsory steps. Missing either step will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat. The seat acceptance fee must be paid online through the counselling dashboard.

1. Log in to the JEPBN 2026 counselling portal at wbjeeb.nic.in.
2. Open the fee payment section under Round 2 allotment.
3. Pay the seat acceptance fee using net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.
4. Download and print the provisional allotment letter after payment.
5. Carry the letter and original documents to the allotted institute.
6. Complete self-reporting at the institute on or before September 24, 2026.

Documents Required at the Time of Reporting

Candidates must carry a complete set of original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies. Missing any required document may lead to denial of admission.

• JEPBN 2026 admit card and rank card
• Provisional seat allotment letter and fee payment receipt
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and pass certificates
• General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma and mark sheets
• Nursing Council registration certificate
• Domicile, category and PwD certificates, where applicable
• Recent passport-size photographs and a valid photo ID

2. Read the provisional allotment letter carefully for course and institute details.
3. Pay the seat acceptance fee online before September 24, 2026.
4. Arrange all original documents and two sets of photocopies.

6. Decide on the seat upgrade option, if you wish to be considered in the next round.
