WBMCC has released the WB NEET UG 2026 Stray Vacancy Round seat matrix at wbmcc.nic.in. Choice filling closes on October 18 and the final allotment result will be declared on October 23 at 12 noon.
The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) has released the West Bengal National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (WB NEET UG) 2026 Stray Vacancy Round seat matrix on the official website at wbmcc.nic.in. The seat matrix lists vacant MBBS and BDS seats across government, private, and dental colleges in West Bengal. It also covers State Quota, Private Management Quota, and NRI Quota seats.
Candidates verified in earlier rounds can view the seat matrix along with the list of eligible candidates. Online choice filling and locking opened on October 17 at 6 pm. The final allotment result for the Stray Vacancy Round is scheduled for October 23 at 12 noon.

Who Can Participate in the Stray Vacancy Round?
Only candidates who completed registration and verification by October 16 can take part. Candidates must have cleared NEET UG 2026 and met the WBMCC domicile and eligibility rules. Those already allotted and reported in earlier rounds cannot upgrade through this round. Fresh registrations closed on October 16 at 8 pm.
This round covers vacant seats in government medical colleges, private medical colleges, and dental colleges. It includes MBBS and BDS seats under State Quota, Private Management Quota, and NRI Quota.

How to Fill and Lock Choices for the Stray Round?
Candidates must log in using their NEET UG 2026 roll number and password. Open the choice filling tab and select preferred colleges and courses. Rearrange choices in order of priority before locking. Unlocked choices will auto-lock when the window closes on October 18 at 10 am.
