The Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur and the new extension campus XLRI I Delhi-NCR, will be commencing the new academic session from August 2020.
With the strategic expansion to the national capital, XLRI looks forward to inspiring dynamic and purpose-driven professionals to leap forward and become responsible business leaders.
XLRI, one institutional brand that will be overseen by a common board of governors, has two campuses in Jamshedpur and Delhi.
The standard XAT admission process would integrate the students of both the campuses, besides having in place a common syllabus, curriculum, e-library facilities and most importantly a joint placement process for a summer internship and final placements.

Fr.P.Christie, Director of XLRI-Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, commented on the establishment of the new campus,"With the launch of new XLRI campus, the XLRI family got extended. Our extension campus at Delhi-NCR is envisioned as 'an integral part' of the Jamshedpur campus and not as standalone campuses like other management institutes."
These complementing satellite campuses and the student community therein would get the same opportunities and privileges as the Jamshedpur campus. Moreover, they would be bound together by a synergized relationship, said XLRI Director.
Fr.George Sebastian, S.J., Director of XLRI I Delhi-NCR campus said, "We are determined to provide all the students the same high-quality management education and the same set of training. The same summer internship and final placement opportunities would be put in place."
He further added, "We have faith in our esteemed members of the faculty serving at XLRI Jamshedpur to pass on the same culture and values to all aspiring business leaders in the new campus. Access, availability, and deployment of faculty from Jamshedpur and all the common resources available would essentially establish the pedagogy of XLRI in both the campuses.
