I think you can go for B.Tech ECE at IIT Bhubaneswar. Even though DTU is a reputed institute, it is mostly known in the Northern parts of India. On the other hand, IIT Bhubaneswar carries the IIT tag, which is recognised nationally and globally.

As a central institution, IIT Bhubaneswar has a more diverse crowd as compared to DTU (also because DTU has a huge Delhi quota). This allows for a better exposure and exchange of values. This will in turn, help you in your profession when dealing with people from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds.

ECE is as good a branch as CoE/CSE, and you can easily get a job at an IT firm by learning coding on the side. Moreover, ECE students are allowed to sit for a large number of IT companies during placements.

Since the placements at both the institutions are good, I would recommend you consider the other factors and choose B.Tech ECE at IIT Bhubaneswar. 

I think doing a BTech in Civil Engineering at IIT Bhubaneswar is a better choice than opting for a BE in CSE at BITS Hyderabad. No doubt BITS Hyderabad is a great academic institution but IIT Bhubaneswar is known for offering exceptional academic standards and research opportunities to the students.

I don’t have much idea about textile engineering at IIT Delhi and Civil Engineering at ISM Dhanbad, but I can surely guide you on Civil engineering from IIT Bhubaneswar. IIT Bhubaneswar offers 5 years B.Tech in Civil Engineering + M.Tech Transportation Engineering. The total course fee for 5 years is around INR 8.9 Lakhs. Delhi University has 91 colleges among which 22 colleges are for women only. DU's most famous girls' college includes Miranda House and Lady Shri Ram (LSR) College. 4. Kamla Nehru College (KNC): This is another college in the list of top girls college at DU. The college is part of the south campus of DU. The infrastructure of the college is not too good as compared to other girl's colleges. However, the institute has good facilities and teaching faculty. 
5. Indraprastha College for Women: IP College DU is among the most beautiful colleges at Delhi University. The college is located a little far away from the main North campus. It even has a swimming pool inside the campus.
6. Daulat Ram College: DRC offers a variety of courses for female students and the fees of this college usually range from INR 7000 to INR 15000 per semester. The college has famous food quotes nearby like Tom Uncle’s Maggi Point, etc. It is ranked 28th among Colleges by NIRF 2023. 
7. Jesus and Mary College: JMC is located on the south campus and the nearest metro station is Durgabai Deshmukh South Campus. As per the NIRF Ranking 2023, JMC is ranked 38th. This college conducts a separate admissions process and releases the cutoff for various courses on its official website. The Christian community students get a reservation in this college and it has a good infrastructure. 
8. Maitreyi College: This college is located just opposite Jesus and Mary College. The college is known for its science programs and has attained a star rating for the Department of Biotechnology. It has beautiful gardens and conducts an annual fest called Rhapsody. It is ranked 36 among all the colleges in India by NIRF 2023. 

Delhi University has some of the best commerce colleges of India. Most of its colleges offering B.Com are ranked in the top 10 best institutes in India by NIRF. Some of the best colleges for B.Com in Delhi University are Shri Ram College of Commerce, Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Hindu College, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College, and Hansraj College. Bennett University is a better choice for pursuing a B.Tech degree as the university offers B.Tech courses in a wide range of specializations whereas Nirma University only provides B.Tech in eight specializations. The highest package of Nirma University is INR 50.15 LPA offered by Google whereas the highest salary offered by Bennett University to a B.Tech CSE student is INR 1.2 CPA. Nirma University follows reservation criteria based on which it offers seats to B.Tech students and the fees per annum for the All India Category is INR 2,29,600. 

Bennett University's B.Tech fee structure is comparatively higher than Nirma University but it also offers placement assistance through various industrial collaborations like IBM, Apple, Unity, SAP, Microsft, etc, Selection at Bennett University is simply based on merit in Class XII scores for B.Tech degree courses whereas B.Tech applicants of Nirma University have to appear in JEE Mains Paper I additionally with qualifying marks in Class XII. 

However, the choice of University also depends on Location, Preferred Specialization, Fee Structure, Placement Scenario, etc.
