Is nicmar certificate useful?
If you are talking about job opportunities, then yes, a NICMAR certificate will be helpful. Although the NICMAR certificate will help you get a job, your salary and job profile will depend entirely on your skills. Further, as you grow in your career, your certificate will not matter much.
NICMAR doesn’t have the brand value effect it used to have in core industries due to its increased student intake. So, a NICMAR certificate can be helpful to get peripheral jobs but it will not help you get into the core sector.
Which is better: IMT Nagpur, Hyderabad/ TAPMI / LBSIM?
IMT Nagpur and IMT Hyderabad are considered good B-Schools, better than TAPMI and LBSIM but IMT Nagpur is more established and has a better reputation, which puts it higher on the list. However, this ranking can vary depending on the factors that are being considered, such as faculty quality, campus infrastructure, industry linkages, and alumni network, among others. Additionally, personal preference and individual career goals should also be taken into consideration while evaluating the B-Schools.

Is it safe joining IIM Jammu unlike NIT Srinagar?
Yes, IIM Jammu is safe for students. There are various reasons for making IIM Jammu a safe campus for learning:

How is biomedical engineering at Manipal institute of technology MIT Manipal?
MIT Manipal's BME course is the right combination of engineering and medicine subjects.
Academics
- The entire curriculum can be divided into three aspects namely technical, non-technical, and medical.
- The technical aspect Includes subjects that involve instrumentation, electronics, image/signal processing, and engineering mathematics, the Non-technical aspect includes subjects such as tissue engineering, bio-materials, and artificial organs along with electives. Unlike most biomedical engineering courses, the BME program at Manipal focuses a lot on medical subjects too.
- Students are required to attend classes at Kasturba Medical College (KMC) whose campus is very close to MIT.
- All subjects within the Basic Clinical Sciences (BCS) like Anatomy, Physiology, Cardiology, Radiology, Radiotherapy, ENT, Anesthesiology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, etc. are taught between the 3rd and 7th semesters.
- Additionally, live demonstrations of most medical equipment such as CT/MRI/CATH labs/Physiotherapy sessions/Prosthetic limb implementations, etc. are held to give hands-on experience to students.
Batch Size and Faculty
- The intake is very low around 25-35 students. This ensures better student-teacher relationships and one-to-one attention to every student.
- The professors, although very few, are cooperative and approachable.
Internship opportunities:
- Some international student organizations such as IAESTE or AIESEC offer both technical and non-technical internships to students. To avail of these make sure to sign up in the first year itself.
Placements
- The placement scenario isn't very good for core biomedical jobs. Only around 3 to 5 core biomedical companies visit and recruit very few students. Some of them are GE, Philips, and BPL Medical Technologies
- Most MRCs recruit for general, entry-level positions for which every branch is eligible.
Extra-curriculars
- The institute has ample opportunities to pursue your passions and many clubs promote diverse fields like robotics to dramatics.
- BMESI (Biomedical Engineering Society of India - Manipal Chapter) is a student-run technical club associated with the Department of Biomedical Engineering that organizes and participates in a wide range of events and technical programs.

What am I missing out on if I join SCMHRD and not SIBM? Also, in what ways is the former better than the latter?
SIBM Pune, SCMHRD, NMIMS, XIMB, and IIMS belong to the same tier of business institutions. However, there are certain distinctions between SIBM P and SCMHRD.
SIBM Pune is a more established institution with a more extensive and influential Alumni network. It is the premier management institute of Symbiosis International University. School of Photography, Institute of Media and Communication, School of Culinary Arts, Institute of Telecom Management, Institute of Banking and Finance, and School of Sports Sciences share a much larger campus—consequently, a much greater degree of cross-disciplinary exposure.
SIBM has access to a more significant number of competitions than our sister institution.
They improved placement rates for all specializations, including HR. People are typically positioned quicker and with less difficulty than SCMHRD.
Several areas in which you stand to benefit from SCMHRD are the following.
- HUL and PnG have not been recruited from SIBM for several years, whereas they recruit from SCMHRD. However, the annual number of recruits must be larger to impact overall placement statistics significantly.

What is the future of LLM from IIT Kharagpur? Is it better than other LLM colleges
I will not suggest you to join RGSOIPL, IIT Kharagpur because of a number of reasons
- RGSOIPL still has a two-year programme while most Law Schools have changed the duration of the program to one year only. Wasting an additional year is not worth it.
- The LLM program lacks the necessary coursework and relevancy of the curriculum mainly because the administration has zero knowledge about specializations.
- The faculty is focused on the flagship program that is LLB and hardly cares about LLM students. It also lacks the necessary skills to teach the program effectively.
- The institution does not permit students to opt for internships during vacations rather want them to work in their sponsored projects.
I would suggest you choose premier institutes for LLM such as - BHU, AMU, DU, NLSIU, NUJS, NALSAR.
How do I make the best out of IIM Ahmedabad and B-School in general?
The primary thing to focus on while at IIM Ahmedabad or any other B School is the journey and not the end. Don’t start your college with the job as the end result. Upgrade your mindset. College is much more than just placements and jobs.
College life is about life struggles, a lot of knowledge, knowing your own self, finding your area or interests and pursuing your passion. So I would say to make the most of the B School, keep the thoughts of your future job aside and adopt a nature of learning new things every day.
Make the most of the liberal days in your life because once you start working your freedom will be restricted.

There is no such set template for the questions asked during IIM Ahmedabad interview. The question pattern will depend a lot on your profile.
