How was Vignan University?
Some of my friends are students at Vignan University. According to them, it was quite satisfying, the overall performance of this institute. They mentioned some facts about the college, which might give you a clear idea about it.
- The main attraction of colleges is their infrastructure, as it is quite good.
- Moreover, the seminar halls are well constructed and the hostels are well maintained and hygienic.
- This university enrolls the students in both Management and Technical courses.
- Moreover, the timings of both the programs are different.
- The college for both the programs begins at the same time i.e. 8 AM.
- For the students of management, their classes end at 1 PM and for B.Tech students, the classes end at around 3:30 PM.
- The lecturers are also quite cooperative and are good to the students. Also, they are available for students at least 3 to 4 times a week.
- Moreover, the students aren’t restricted to do anything outside the classroom, they are free to sit on the campus near the beautiful nature.
- The most appreciated thing in hostels is the mess, the food is so delicious than any other colleges’ mess.
- The food quality and quantity is really good, like the IITs. The food definitely won't disappoint you.
A total number of 1540 students got placed this year in prominent companies such as CS, Concentrix, FACE, Westline, Aliens Group, CTS, Infosys, Teleperformance.

In terms of academics, facilities, and placements NIT Raipur is an excellent option for pursuing a technical course. The high cutoff requirement is the reflection of the brilliant student crowd of the institute.

How hard is it to score 9.0 CGPA in BIT Mesra?
Unlike most Engineering colleges, BIT Mesra follows the absolute grading system instead of the relative grading system. In the relative grading system, grading is done relative to the marks of the subject topper, who gets a 10 for that subject.
For a 10 CGPA in a subject at BIT Mesra, you must score 90 marks or above in it. It is a bit challenging to score marks in certain subjects. Getting a 9 CGPA is going to be tougher than you think. Only around 2 to 4 B.Tech students from a batch of around 700 are able to score that high.
However, you must not get disheartened or lose hope. If you study diligently and seek the guidance of your seniors and teachers, you can be one of those few high achievers.
Is IITRAM better than Nirma & PDPU for civil engineering?
Absolutely, if you are interested in pursuing civil engineering in Gujarat, then IITRAM is a better option than Nirma and PDPU. There are several reasons for this.
- IIT Gandhinagar is the mentor of IITRAM, and it has a COE by Siemens. This association ensures that IITRAM provides excellent facilities and exposure to its students.

If you are interested in computer science, then you should prefer Nirma. On the other hand, if you are interested in petroleum, then PDPU would be a better option for you. LD is also a very good option for those who cannot afford Nirma and PDPU.

Novartis, American Express, HUL, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Alghanim, Mondelez, etc. are some of the major recruiters that offered international profiles for HRM at XLRI, in past. Few multinational companies also give the opportunities to work in an Indian location for 2-3 years and then move to an international location.
Is IPM IIM Indore T.I.M.E online coaching good?
One of my friends took T.I.M.E online coaching for IPM at IIM Indore and having read online reviews from similar aspirants here are some things I got to know.
- This is a 5 years course. The reviews are average. A good path would be to go for CAT after your graduation.
- But if T.I.M.E is what you want, then it is undoubtedly a good coaching institute for the CAT exam preparation. However, it will only help you if you do serious preparation.
- During the offline coaching, things would be different and you can perform much better than while learning at online coaching.
It is suggested that offline preparation in TIME would be much better than enrolling online. So try to enroll in a classroom course if possible.
