ABOUT MY COLLEGE
REMARKS
The college is the perfect place for students who are determined to study and work hard. The management is focusing a bit too much on academics in the recent years. The college has a good history and has been the home to many rank holders.
FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
The fee structure is feasible. On comparing to other college in the state the fee structure is comparatively less and the college provides good services for the fees bought. The college being above 50 yeas old and a prestigious one.
PLACEMENT WING
There are placements and jobs at the end of the sixth semester. Different company officials visit the college and take up student. The college does not provide internships but the students have to make a detailed project on any one of the topic regarding the indian economy.
ADMISSION
After completing my schooling i registered under different universities and also applied at different colleges online.I then approached the institution and filled in the admission form for the management quota and did the necessary paperwork after a few days i I got a call to attend the inerview from the college and then got placed.
HOSTEL FACILITIES
No hostel facility used. I am a day scholar and use bus transport to travel. My friends staying at the hostel have given me a review that the facility and infrastructure is good. The food and stay is also appreciable.
ALUMNI
The college has a good alumni and includes a number of footballers in the ISL and other sports fields. The famous director Jeethu Joseph was an alumni of the college. They visit the college often during alumni meets.
FACULTY
College is one of the best in the state and was ranked among the top 100 colleges in india by NAAC. The college gives atmost importance to academics,sports and arts. The teachers are well trained and qualified. The college strives in the overall development of a student.
CAMPUS LIFE
They are good and contains all the necessary equipments required for the students. The college gives prime importance to all sports especially football , handball , basketball etc. There is a sports hostel for the students. The extracurricular activites are an integral part in the students growth and the necessary are provided by the college.
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
The course is of total 3 years divided into six semesters. We study different subjects in each semester and have 2 internal exams during the semester and finally semester exams at the end of each semester.
LOAN/ SCHOLARSHIP PROVISIONS
The college provides a number of scholarships to students who are financially backward. Loans are not provided but fee exemption are done at times by the management. Various scholarship schemes provided by the government are also available.
