Our college is one of the best college in south India and growing as one of the best in India. Facilities available are actually very good. I prefer that the college should give more freedom to students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Kerala Technical University is the a head of engineering colleges in kerala. Course carriculum is good, but I prefer more practical sections to be involved in it so that as a professional students, we can flourish in our carrier.
Placement Experience
Lot of our seniors are being placed in our college. Many international companies are hiering our students because of the experience and name of our college. Even many are placed, I feel like the salary they are provided is very low. Only some of them gets good offers. So placement cell needed to be improved.
College Events
Recently we celebrated onam, Kerala's regional festival. We celebrate women's day, Holi and many other events. Technical fest named 'HESTIA' was one of the most memorable event in all these. Those 5 days were so imformative, enjoyable and the experience is actually mind-blowing. College management supported as well.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible. If a student got admission in merit, the fees is jst about 10000 rupees per year. If student opt for NRI seat, an initial amount ofa some lakhs depends on the branch selected is collected.
Fees and Financial Aid
Many scholarships are available in our college for supporting econmically backward students. The college itself by their own fund provide scholarship for most economically backward students in each class. Many state and national scholarships are also available.
Campus Life
Many co-curricular activities are there in our college. Sports day and arts day programs are there. At each program dance, songs, skits and such programs are performed. Dance club, music club, teams of cricket football etc are there.
Alumni/Alumna
Faculties are very dedicated and hardworking. Many of the teachers are the same college products. So everyone is passionate about the college and teach to their maximum. But still some faculties need more experience to do good. Seniors are also very helpful.
Admission
I write KEAM exam. I got a good rank and opted TKM College of engineering. I got admission in merit seat. KEAM exam consist of questions from physics, mathematics and chemistry. My college is one of the pioneer colleges in kerala. So good rank students only got admission here.
Faculty
Faculties are very dedicated and hardworking. Many of the teachers are the same college products. So everyone is passionate about the college and teach to their maximum. But still some faculties need more experience to do good.
