Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is vast providing us all the practical as well as theoretical knowledge about the industry. Practical classes are also arranged. Many industry visits have also been arranged in Kolkata as well as in reputed hospital s in Goa and Hyderabad.
Placement Experience
My college provides placements in the best hospitals in India. Industrial training are also arranged for the students not only in India but in foreign countries also. My college provides 100% placement for the students
College Events
Many cultural, technical and management festivals are arranged in my college. Such as food festival, cake mixing, carnival, educational excursion, holiday celebration, Saraswati puja celebration, Durga puja celebration (i believe IIHM is the only college where Durga puja is celebrated) tourism day & independence day celebration, etc
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for my college is very feasible. The fees can be given semester wise. If any student has money problem the college itself arrange the educational loan for the student. Different scholarships and discounts are available for the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
Indian Institute of hotel management offers a scholarship for eligible students. They have to avail a certain % in academics as well as attendance to obtain the scholarship
Campus Life
On every program, all the students work together irrespective of male or female. They work hand in hand with the guidance of the cultural head. Extracurricular activities are also arranged for the students so that they can gain knowledge apart from the syllabus
Alumni/Alumna
The senior students are very helpful. On every occasion, they come to the college and participate happily. They guide the juniors thoroughly.
Admission
First, i called up the institute to know the admission procedure and then i was given a date to attend a counseling session. After i attended the counseling session i was asked to buy the admission form and submit it. After i have submitted the admission form admission kit was sent to my address with a letter stating that i have been selected as a student for the institute
Faculty
The faculties of our institute have always been very helpful. They have always stood by our side whenever we needed any support. Their practical knowledge regarding the industry helped us to know the current scenario and situation of the industry. They also enriched us with the skills required for the industry.
