Remarks

The postitive remarks is that there is a unity in our College. The other thing is participation. All the students participate in most events conducted in our college without any hesitation. Th negetive aspect is that the college union in our college in not going well.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The exam structure is semester examinations. Also they conduct series examination twice in one semester. The courses curriculum is good. Also the labs are not that tough. It's very good to attend labs and workshops as they build our knowledge in engineering.

Placement Experience

3.5

The college provides better placements all over India and also in some other countries too. Mostly 200-250 students get placed each and every year based on their performances in interview and CGPA. The companies like MRF types, nissan etc come here for providing placements.

College Events

4.5

The mostly celebrated event is the national level techno-cultural fest conducted by TKMCE named Hestia. Later it was known as conjura. Also various other programmes like TRIKA, astra, steps etc are conducted in our college. The participation in all these events are also good enough.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees in not much expensive as compared to other colleges. Here we pay 8000 per annum and also some extra fee like 1000 for conducting the semester examinations. It is glad to hear that such a good education facility is possible even in this era for such a low fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college also informs the students about the scholarships provided. Every year a lot of students apply for the scholarship and most of them get granted for it. I think there are no loans available in our college.

Campus Life

4.5

All the extra curricular activities are good in our college especially sports. All the sports are given equal hype and most of the students participate in all the sports like football, cricket, badminton, tennis etc.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

TKMCE provides lots of hostel facilities for students as most of them are from different districts and even from different states. They provide good food, good infrastructure, proper freedom and also provides sufficient help for studying.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumnis and seniors provide much support for well going of our college. Also the alumnis make recent visits in our colege. Also they provide sponsorships to conduct our fest and also for other useful programmes.

Admission

I got admission through Kerala entrance examination (KEAM 2019). I have gone for entrance coaching classes for one year and IAM very to get enough marks in the exam and to get admission in such a wonderful college.

Faculty

3.5

The faculties of the college are very good. They provide support for each and every aspects. Moreover they are not that strict and are friendly enough to students. Most of them are very qualified. They have completed their PG in IIT's and all

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is the worst. Teachers rush through the portions so that they can finish at the earliest. It may be because the university has a unjustifiable timetable. There is very little practicals given. The ones that are given are just for namesake.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is under KTU syllubus do it's fine. There is a change in curriculum coming 2024 which i assume would make a lot of good changes. The curriculum gives you a head start For most of your work, you need to on your own but the faculty is there to help. The frequency of exams is weekly tests + monthly exams. Its not too difficult of an exam.

Currently placements are bit low, due to inflation, but compared to other colleges like KMEA, etc we have better placements similar to Muthoot and all. We have placement training, and other supports which can help us crack aptitude exams and prepare for placements Almost 70-80% students are placed every year, with an avg package of 4LPA

Placement Experience:

The students usually start appearing for campus placements in their 6th semester. The training for the campus placements is started for all the students from the 4th semester. Many companies visited for campus placements. But one main problem is that most of them were low packages. Around 4LPA. Some were between 4-6 and a very few between 6-10. Most of them got placed in our batch in some company.
