Remarks

My HR Management program was one of the finest programs of our institute which triggered the blending of different cultures. Our college believes in the celebration of life and almost all the festivals are celebrated with utmost joy. My personal favorite was the Holi celebration. All of our labs are digitized and had all the advanced tools for an advanced learning experience.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was updated as per the latest market trends in the corporates. For the first two semesters, we learned briefly about the general MBA subjects like management and financials of a company. During the third semester, our curriculum was more oriented towards the specialization part which was Human Resource management in my case.

Placement Experience

Our college has a decent placement record. From my batch, 80% of the students were placed. Many went to join their family business. The highest package secured by a student from our batch was around 6 LPA which is on par with some of the best B-Schools in India. Accenture, TCS, Concentrix, Convergys, IBM were among the top recruiters form my batch.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My total course fee was 3.25 lacs, which was to be paid on a semester basis. The fee structure was feasible for me but the facilities they provided us were just 'okay' and could have been better. Overall with the level of teaching and industry exposure we got I was pretty satisfied with the fee, especially since there were no hidden charges.

Hostel Facilities

We were offered accommodation facilities at pretty nominal charges. Hostel Rooms were available on a double sharing basis and they had regular connectivity of water, wi-fi, and electricity. Our stay was pretty comfortable at the hostel. I made a lot of friends and created some of the best memories of my life.

Admission

The entire admission process was pretty flexible. We learned a lot from college. The next step in the selection process was the counseling round including a casual interview with the HOD. They grilled me on the topics from my graduation and my managerial skills. Overall it went well and post that I was granted admission.

Faculty

We had a pool of well-qualified faculty members. They all had a plethora of corporate experience under their belt. Especially our HR faculty was very supportive and they prepared us to deal with industry professionals and the importance of ethical practices in a workplace and how to deal with delicate situations. Faculty to student ratio was only around 1:15, which facilitated the professors to allocate sufficient time to each student.1

One of the best universities for MBA

Likes

I like the overall vibe of the university. The infrastructure is very good with good grounds and eating points.
KRMU conducts fests, events, programmes and many other extra curricular activities. A few months ago, Jasmine Sandlas had performed here.
The faculties are very good and helpful. Internships are also offered. Moreover, placements of he last year was also good, one of my senior got 11LPA package.

Dislikes

A lot of time, the washrooms are dirty, the university should focus on cleanliness and hygien of the washrooms.
I don't like the 75% mandatory attendance.
The university should partiipate in games more like cricket tournament.

Placement Experience:

Placements is good. Higher placements come for Engineering students but MBA and BBA students also get avg placement of 8-9 LPA. Many of my seniors from last year got good placements at top companies like Hyundai, Maruti,Amkette, Flipkart, Adaan.

Placement Experience:

In the first year, there are placement opportunities for internship and in the second year, there are proper campus placements that take place, led by a student elected placement committee. Some of the top companies that extended offers for the students were Microsoft, Google, AccStrat, ITC, Mondelez, JPMC etc. The highest package offered was 5L and the average was 2.2L with 100% placements for the summer internships. I plan to work in the finance or consult sector after getting my degree.

This is one of the excellent Institution where all the teacher and students are very disciplined. All the teacher are very supportive and friendly by nature. College have very good infrastructure which I liked very much.

Remarks:

The campus life at our college is very enjoyable. The system of library help the students to gain knowledge through different books. Ciunselling system is also provided at the college so that the student can get a healthy environment. Indoor Game facilities and a common room is also provided. These all are the positive things about our college.

Remarks:

College is cleaned. Rooms are very airy it would be good if there was an AC. But it is o.k. Campus is cleaned and green. Canteen is so good. They use to make fresh food every day which is the best thing of them so there is no need to worry about stomach ache due to old food. Overall good college.

Remarks:

Rules are strict. Students have to be punctual at college timings. In starting, schedule seems tough but after days goes, all turns into quality. Whatever the schedule is: it is good and long term beneficial for the growth of the students.

Life at NIFM

Remarks:

Considering the experience of the participants, the course has been designed for learning and upgradation of knowledge and skills nationally as well as internationally. The Course curriculum also includes one week foreign exposure to a neighbouring country. The international attachment of the participants of this group was organised at ‘Universiti Utara Malaysia, Kedah, Malaysia’.

An enriching experience

Remarks:

The uniqueness of the programme lies in its extensive use of market professionals as resource persons for the programme. Apart from sound grounding in academic concepts pertaining to the capital markets, the participants gets a chance to interact with senior regulatory officials, executives of exchanges, leading merchant bankers and foreign institutional investors.

BIMT is Good college for good placements with minimum investment

All the institutions have some positive points and some negative points. So this college also have some positive points and some negative points. First we talk about the negative points, The main negative reason for this college is the college is situated outside the city and also the college don't have very good infrastructure. But I not consider infrastructure as a negative point because I want placement from the college and infrastructure can't give us placement. So these are the negative points of the college.
