Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is good and is well up to date. College is affiliated to Calicut University and curriculum is strictly according to the guidelines provided by the University. You will not feel exhausted at the end of a regular College day. Exams two times in a semester.other than these two major exams, class test assignments also taken.

Placement Experience

There is a dedicated placement cell in the college which help student to get placed in many big firms and companies. Each year debrin many companies for campus placement drives.around 70% students get atleast one job offer.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Comparing the fees for Maya course with other colleges, I would say fees is economical. For the first year year fees is around 1 lakh rupees and from second year it is around 80000 rupees so in total for 5 year of this course will cost you around 4.2 lacks.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, there are scholarship opportunities for eligible students.i have applied through NSP(National scholarship portal) for scholarship offered to the students persuing under graduation in technical field.There are also State Government schemes for students.

Campus is big and has all the facilities one will need in their college life.Labs and other facilities are up-to-date and we'll maintained. overall atmosphere of the college is good. student here are good and helpful in nature. College is strict about discipline of student.

Admission

I was interested in architectural field so I decided to appear in KEAM, which is Karnataka State's own entrance exam for medical, engineering, architecture. With my rank the best I was getting was this college so I opted for this.

Faculty

Student to teacher ratio is good. Faculties is good and experienced. Many teacher have master degree in their respective fields and some of them have PHD. They are good in nature and willing to help student.

life in a campus

Likes

having a best campus life there, high-quality programs are providing
high-quality education, and giving more opportunities to develop our skills
full green campus giving peacefull evinornment

Dislikes

faculties make semester more difficult by giving projects that they dont even have an idea about
some of the faculties have some passuality
strong management and all, but sometimes they are not approachable

we needed to attend a internship program of 100 days in semester 7,thats actually helps to have a real life experience and also get a training before we graduate .also now in semester 9 we need to attend a spetial caurse ,that we can choose based on our intrest , which helps to develop our skills and will have a estra cerfication also.

In first year it is more practical works as basic design includes modeling, paper works, sketching etc...helps to development conceptual, understanding skills. From 4th semester onwards digital works starts. For that provide a class period of cad,revit softwares etc

Admission:

The admission process of the college was help on the basis of test in which I appeared. The tests were KEAM and NATA. Online forms come every year through which a student got the chance to take admission in such a reputed college.

Admission:

Selection to B.Arch programme is based purely on merit. Selection will be done by SSA giving due weightage to the marks obtained in 10+2 examination and the NATA score. Merit is the only criterion for selection.

Remarks:

The College and College hostel won't let them use phones. Even though phones are allowed in hostels as per government rule. The College is a little strict and still treats us like school students. But the College is free in some terms but controlled a lot.

Remarks:

My college is not so good to live a life in college. It is okay just for study and not for any extra curricular activities so i dont actually prefer my college for a creative student who wants to explore.

There is no negative remarks about my college becuase this is a college where we get this much freedom but not for unwanted activities abd for that our college follows strict rules. This is a heaven for me.
