My Review

The journey of MBA was only 2 years but these 2 years changed me a lot. After my B.Com I choose MBA as my career path for that I selected ITM SLS Baroda University and yes this is the right decision I have ever made because here Management Department itself reflects one different entity with manners and Discipline. The first day as a fresher I felt this is the right place where my learnings started from the first day of my MBA journey i.e. learnings from Orientation, Management games, Management related Movies, Team work.

In my MBA I have selected Marketing as my specialisation. Under that, I studied courses like Consumer behaviour, Supply chain management, Integrated marketing communications, Logistic Management, Strategic management, Sales and distribution management, Multidisciplinary action project, Product and brand management, Service marketing, leadership, Management control system and Comprehensive project.

During my summer internship faculties has supported and guided me completely to fulfil my internship project work. I have successfully completed 45 days summer internship at Big Bazaar Baroda Eva Mall ( A Decision of Future Retail Limited) of fulfilling the requirements for the degree of Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from ITM SLS Baroda University. During my internship, I learn many things i.e. Logistic Management, Floor Management, marketing management, cash counter, customers handling on customer seva desk etc.

For campus placement first, we learn communication skills, how to make a good resume, how to face interview questions, professors conducted mock interviews that will help to gain knowledge and confidence. With the help of management activities during the MBA, we learn to overcome our stage fear. During my campus placement companies are visiting monthly that are related to our specialisation and course.

Last year we have enjoyed our official techfest Illuminati 2019. During Illuminati, I have participated in a workshop on digital marketing, volunteered in the event start-up competition, volunteered in the event Digital marketing workshop. There is many books of different authors and journals are available for all subjects in our library. All essential amenities provided by the college that will satisfy the needs of all students.
