Remarks

I choose the college as it was under the MIT group of Institutions. Another reason was the college has become autonomous. Along with that the level.of exposure the college provides the students is international.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course syllabus was based on university syllabus of Pune university. Industrial exposure was not that well. Some of the faculties were really good, but others were okay. Mahesh Goidar is a really good faculty who is now the college dean.

Internships Opportunities

I did an internship at Sany Industries, Chakan. There was no stipend. The selection process was resume screening then technical + he interview. I interned there as Project intern in the Production department for 2 months.

Placement Experience

2.5

The college has centralized placement under MIT kothrud. Also they have seperate placements for this campus. The major ones are at kothrud campus. Companies that visited were ZS associates, JSW, Air products, Enpro industries, Infosys, Cognizant, Lido learning, Daikin, Varroc, CEAT tyres, Technip, Hyundai Motors, Philip's,etc.

College Events

3.5

The college has started MIT Fest talk which is a technical event that has industry sponsored project competitions. Also the best projects of the students are exhibited here and prize is awarded to the 3 most deserving projects. The cultural festival of the college is nakshatra, it has college days like traditional day, saree day, prom night and 2 day annual college gathering.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have availed the TFWS seat. I have no tuition fee, which is 90% of the total college fee. I got this seat on merit basis. It has a criteria that the student should be within the top 5 percentile in the college and annual income of less than 8 lakhs.

Campus Life

3.5

The library has a study room and internet facility. College has wifi facility. Labs are not so well equipped. Certain experiments are taught only theoretically. Library has books but the number and variety has to be increased greatly as of now.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The girls hostel is pretty well equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, purifier, oven, television and wifi. There daily cleaning by housekeeping. The rooms are given on twin sharing basis with 2 cupboards, 2 beds, 2 mattress, 2 tables and 1 cloth stand and every room has their own toilet and bathroom.

Placement Experience:

Placements at ADYPU are moderate and structred . Students usually become eligilble from the final year for campus drives. Various startups and mid level comapnies visit for roles in sales, marketing, operatioons and tech support . The highest pacakage generally ranges arounf 45-50LPA , while the average package is around 4.5-6 LPA , depending on the profile . A fair percentage of active students secure placements. After completing my degree, i plan to focus on skill development and pursue better career op;portunities.

Placement Experience:

placements in GHRCE are pretty good for CS/IT branches. Students become eligible from 7th semester, but companies starts giving training sessions from 6th sem itself. Many known companies visits like Tcs, Wipro, Capgemini, cognizant, Infosis etc The highest package goes around 20-22 LPA while the average package is around 5-6 LPA. Almost 70-80% students from CS/IT get placed. My plans after getting the degree is to get a stable job and then do masters.

Reviewed on Mar 2, 2025(Enrolled 2022)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course out of sheer curiosity and intrest in the field of Artificial Intelligence . The course offered by the college encapsulates all the major subtopics included in the field. Theoretically the curriculum offers great knowledge about various topics from your course however you yourself have to figure out how do you build your practical skills which you can use in the real world. teaching methods can be improvised by implementing a more practical learning based approach rather than relying on the theoretical part of the subject. there are 2exams per semester, one small exam called as mid semester exams and the other one is the major exam called as final semester exam. difficulty of exam is usually easy to moderate and one can easily pass the exam even if he/she does not study regularly.
