When I searched for the best colleges in Delhi NCR, I got the name of IMS Noida. And the best course in the college was shown as BCA. When I went to talk in the college, the admission counsellor also told the same and told that many companies come in the college and the college provides 100% placements. They showed me a new course (BCA Scholar) that was being started from that same year, in which they were going to provide certifications in 15 extra courses including web development, graphic design, animation, python etc. which would further help us in achieving amazing offers from companies that will visit the campus. I always wanted the best since childhood and also got excited knowing that I will get certified in so many courses, so I got enrolled in the course.

Later I realised that all of that was a scam. There were no such certifications provided in the colleges and we(the BCA Scholar batch) was treated like nobody in the college. We were not allowed to get even the benefits of a regular BCA student, even when we were told in the beginning that we would get benefits of both the areas. We were only provided 3 certifications after much saying in 3rd year and that too, we had to study ourselves and they just conducted the exam. They did not let us sit in the interviews for internships even when it was compulsory to do that nor we were informed that we need to do an internship in the 2nd year and later told us that we will be given 0 marks in our internship exam section. We were given less marks in the internals even when we used to score good.

I applied through internshala and got an internship of 1 month in India's World Champion Academy with stipend Rs. 1000.

We were told that we would be trained by taking mock interviews and PD classes, but no such thing happened. Only TCS came for recruitment and that too for call centre, as we were told by our faculty. Thus, we didn't sit for the interview because that was not what we had hoped for after graduation. I am still unemployed and looking for jobs since an year.

There were no events or extracurricular activities in our college and we were not even given a farewell in the last year. We were not even allowed to participate in any fresher party in the 3 years. We had no campus life even. It was like a tution of 9 people.

The infrastructure was not what was promised. We were told that we would have AC classrooms with projectors, but nothing was there. We used to study by watching the screen of the teacher's laptop sitting in a group.
