Students will be eligible after completion of +2 course or the passing of entrance exam. Placement is very low. But Calicut University is well known University in Kerala, state of India. Placement percentage: 10%. My ambitions are diploma and doctorate in English literature.
I thought after completing the degree only students become eligible for campus placement(my own view) After completing my degree I would like to prepare for my dream career civil service.
Campus placements are available for certain courses. The offers usually come during the fifth semester.
Admission to this college is based on the scores obtained by the students in their higher secondary. Student should've qualified it in any stream or an examination that's considered equivalent to it and then fill admission form for this college.
The college doesn't provide any form of placement opportunities to its students. This is the only drawback of this college. If the students are interested, they've to apply for placements and other opportunities themselves.
college management is really good. They work really hard for the well being of the college
Positive remark is that the teaching and all the facilities are available. Good college ambience available Negative remark is that clashes and fights are happening often inside and outside the college.
It is the single window application process by Mahatma Gandhi University I got admission in NSS Hindu College. The college is one of the affiliated College under MG University. After +2 I registered my application for the college admission in the single window software. After giving your personal and contact information you have to fill in your 10th and +2 educational details. Then you give the detaila of the subject and college you want to pursuit. Afer that they allot each student a course and college of their choise based on their marks. I got my admission in the first allotment.
The College provide pretty good opportunities for the students. The College provide internships and I have got my self one. An internship in Journalism. News reporter. It was kind of scary but also was an adverse experience I want to pursue.
College management is fine. Looks after us. Cares about us but has some bad parts too, as the university doesn't upgrade our syllabus. It's hard to study an outdated syllabus.
