Remarks

Holkar Science College is one of the topmost govt. college of Madhya Pradesh. It ranks in top 10 science college of India. Everything is perfect in college. Teachers are rude sometimes but many times they are very frank and helpful in nature. Principal of college(silawat sir ) is very sensitive for student's education. Education quality is increased in last year and building of college is re-innovate by silawat sir. I came to know about College by my senior who studied in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Sports are not much encouraged but sports teacher khan sir is very polite in nature. Students can avail any sports object by submitting there identity card in game's office. Students teacher ratio in college is maintained. Teachers have a great knowledge in there respective fields but some teachers teaches only factual information. Cce mark is based on MCQ test, conducted by college. Level of exam is not so high, exam level is standard/average.

Placement Experience

Currently I am a third-year student so I have no idea about College placement but most of the students prepare for MPPSC. Those who students study for higher education they get admission in courses like MSc, PhD course is also available in college.

College Events

College have a big library where every type of hindi and English newspapers are available. A lot of books for students is available. I visited college library few times but the environment of library is very silent. Everyone is doing there study. No disturbing objects are there.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For OBC/SC/ST students, a lot of scholarship program is there. SC/ST students can get room rent scholarship, for preparing higher level competitive jobs like MPPSC, they got books, pens, stationary etc. For all type of student, there is a Inspire scholarship for which students have a very high percentage in class 12th.

Hostel Facilities

I was in a private hostel because condition of college hostel is not good. Hostel building is very old and 3-4 students live in one room which affects study. There is no ragging in college. My hostel rent was 5500 per month.

Hostel Fee: INR 12000 per year

Admission

Admission is based on the percentage of class 12th. For maths students cut off is very high. My friends who got 95% in class 12th, got admission in first round but in clc round students who scored 85 or above can get admission.

Placement Experience:

After the 8th semester we are eligible for the campus placement and sum of the company visit the college and provide offers to the students and according to the eligibility and characteristic of this particular student almost 90% of the students are getting placement if the apply the average package is 30000 rupees

Holkar science college is the best for Beginners

Placement Experience:

Mostly after 4th semester students are eligible for the internship and most likely 5th or 6th semester completion students are eligible for the campus placement examination most of the company visiting in this college like TCS Wipro Infosys HCL etc at least every year 60% student placed in campus placement my plan after getting the degrees for is forensic scientist

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements after the 5th semester. Our college provides various government jobs. The highest salary package offered is 7.2 LPA. Almost 70% ot students placed every year. The highest package offered in 2021 5 LPA and the average salary salary package is 3 LPA. Around 175 companies offered placements to 193 students. The average of students getting placed is around 8.74% in 2022. The current year placements% is not disclosed.

Best place for Creative Students

Admission:

Interview process is pretty straight forward and simple. I applied online for the program and was contacted by a counsellor from the institute. She helped me with my queries and scheduled an Interview for the upcoming batch. Interview was also pretty basic one. After that I simply paid fee and got enrolled.
