Khalikote autonomous college is a prestigious college in all Odisha. It was established in British time so it has a long experience about the production of meritorious graduates. All the faculties are good and they are very helpful. The admission of this college is according to the merit list which is based on the 12th percentage. Course Curriculum Overview
I have an early interest in mathematics, so I choose BSc mathematics over other subjects. We are about 60 students in our department and there are a lot of faculty in our department As a govt lecture, they all are well trained and very educated. We have to pass 6 semesters in 3 years and the question level is moderate to high.
Placement Experience
As a govt institution, a lot of companies not visited our college. Students after graduation get placed in various company with self-help as they have good cgpa in their graduation. My plan is after doing my graduation I will prepare for the banking exam.
Fees and Financial Aid
As a govt college, the fees are very low. Only the admission fee will have to pay. There are hostel fees also if anyone wants to stay and the fees lie between 20000-30000 per year. The students of our college are eligible for all type of scholarships provided by the government like state scholarship, national scholarship and also inspire scholarship. After graduation, students get placed in various company but lit of students prepare for govt exams.
Campus Life
There are a lot of festivals and programme are celebrated by students every year with full of joy and happiness. Our college library is full of various books with so many different types of authors. A huge oval ground along with a basketball court is present in front of the college. there Also Indore room for badminton and other sports.
