Remarks

I selected this college because this is government college and near from my home, and the bad thing is colleges main building its very old it need some renovation. College is very good. And admission is so easy just go to student section and it very helpfull for all student, classes and teacher is very humble. The main thing is this college has 2 different shift 1st morning shift and second evenings shift. If your time is not adjustable then choose different shift.

Course Curriculum Overview

My college has different courses like mechanical engineering, computer engineering, chemical engineering, environment course and electrical engineering

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 650 per year

Placement Experience

In 5th semester you will be eligible for placement, and it required no backlogs and 7 cgpa or upper. I got offer from Reliance industry, Jamnagar.

College Events

Campus life is so good in compare in other colleges, because college has large ground for playing games, sitting arrangements, parking area and big library. In library every book available in multiple languages. Every year in FEBRUARY month there is sports week arranged by college and bigger price money and winner cup.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My college fee is only 650 INR / Sem. Scholarship is also available i got 3500 INR scholarship in 1st year, 2nd year 5000 INR and 3rd year 5500 INR scholarship is given by college, 50% off in transportation fees.

Hostel Facilities

I didn't live in hostel so i don't know about the hostel life, but my friend rent a pg and pay 1800 INR/ Month. in pg gas line, tv, water heater, ac is included.

Hostel Fee: INR 1500 per year

Admission

Interview and test is not required for admission, just go college and pay fees. Admission process is very simple and easy for new student. College required only 2 -3 documents like 10th L.C. adhar card and admission letter thats it.

A great place for practical business exposure and learning beyond the classroom.

Likes

Faculties are very understanding and their method of teaching is excellent.
Infrastructure is so good and the classes are big with smart boards and laddered rows.
Lust green campus and a lot of extra curricular activities.

Dislikes

Drainage system in rainy season is not so good in the college area.
Transport facilities are not easily available other than uber or rapido.
college is location deep in Shela, Ahmedabad

Placement Experience:

As of now the 2nd year student placement are going on after they completed their summer internship programme. A company name KandK have recruited 11 students from finance feild with the package of 10.5 LPA . Also compamies like AMUL, Parle, Coca Cola, Asian paints are some of the visited companies. There is 100% placement of our super senior and faculties are giving special focus on the students for interviews.

Great learning experience with excellent practical exposure at SBS

Likes

The overall campus atmosphere supportive faculty members
Practical learning approach through industry visits
The infrastructure and placement support are commendable the girls to boys ratio is 1:1

Dislikes

The college schedule can be quite hectic some times
The campus placement for some specialisations coulf be further expanded
There is compulsory Attendance criteria that is 75 percent in each subject

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at Sbs Shanti business School, Ahmedabad are very good which students becoming eligible for campus placement from the final year or 4 th trisemester onwards . The average placement of Shanti business School is around eight lakh rupees per annum.

MY EXPIERENCE AT SBS

Likes

Hostel life is best there good and clean room with 24 hour water and electricity supply.
Someone who likes sport are very welcome there because the institute has almost every outdoors and indoors games

Dislikes

there is no water drainage system when rain happens the institute gets filled with water for days which disturbs the every lectures

Placement Experience:

Placement is very strong for now our almost seniors have been placed to good companies with decent pacakage. ROI is 100 percent or more and. A placement cumunity is also there to help student with there placement.

Likes

The facukty memebers are approachable and supportive.
The curriculum is industry oriented, with regular guest lectures, workshops that helps students build practical business skills.
The campus provides a positive learning environment with modern classrooms.

Dislikes

Placement opportunites are good, but I feel the institute can invite more companies from diverse industries.

Practical Learning with Real Industry Exposure at SBS

All department at SBS are well managed and faculty is very supportive . I genuinely appreciate the overall environment and guidance provided here.
what i liked most is the campus environment.The infarastructure is good, classrooms have all the basic facilities we need. Also the cirriculum feels relavant to the industry , so its helps me for personal and professional growth.
we get the interact with the seniors. All faculties are highly experienced , the teaching method is also effective so we can understand easily all the concept . Also the mentors are trying to solve our conflict and give us the advice that good for us

Placement Experience:

At SBS, students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 3rd sememster onwards, and summer internships start after 1st year. The placement process is taken very seriously by the placement cell. they train us with mock interviews, GDs and skill sessions from the beginning itself. for the PGDM Batch 2024, SBS had around 163 recruiters visit campus. the highest package offered was 16.12 LPA and average package was 8.65 LPA Top companies that visited include HUL,MRF, Asian paints, ICICI Bank, S&P Global along with Nestle, Coca-Cola, HDFC Bank, Kotak Bank Roles offered were mostly in Busines Analyst, Marketing Manager, Financial Analyst. As per the reviews, Every year, 100% of students are place.

Placement Experience:

As a first year PGDM student, i have not experienced placements personally yet. However, the college has shared that it has maintained a 100% placement record, and the seniors i interacted with also spoke positively about the placement process and support provided by placement cell. This gives me confidence about the opportunities ahead. SBS also recently achieved NBA and AIU approval, which is a positive aspect for placements.

For placement i would suggest this is a good college because what after all matter is avg placement and ROI. So, seeing ROI this college is good option. Also in India there are many private college that will take huge fees and provide with the same placement option.

Shri K.J. Balanced A balanced blends of academics and campus life.

I applied for a Diploma in Computer engineering at MS univercity, Shri KJ Polytechnic Bharuch, B&B Vidhyanagar, and parul univercity under the TFWS scheme. However, due to my lower percontage, i couldn't secure addmission under TFWS scheme or in MS univercity and B&B evebn after removing TFWS scheme in the second round i choose Shri kJ Polytechnic because it was the best option available after missing out on MS and B&B, Which Have higher value and better placement opportunities the admission process at St KJ Polytechnic involved confirmation document verification and finalizing admission into the computer engineering department....Read More
