Remarks
I chose this college as it was near to my hometown as well as this college is having the good teaching methods as well as we have good laboratory with all the good instruments as well as the college has all the activities as well as the college has good placements and good scoring as well as good GPAT scores so high chances for further studies and admissions. The admission process is simple through cet cap rounds.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I want to become a drug inspector. The facilities are highly qualified with the academic experience of more that 10-16 years to HOD and 5 years to the assistant professor. The teaching methods are very nice. We got the chalkboard, presentation as well as botanical tour learning here. We have 1 sessional exam and 1 semester exam. Sessional were of 20 marks and semester exam of 40 marks. Same for theory and practical but since last 3 years it's like 2 sessional and then semester exam. Sessional for 30 marks and semester of 70 marks. The teaching method is good so it is very easy to pass as we get good knowledge while teaching so once we revise its easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
We have one month industrial training program where we get the opportunity to actually work in the industries like Unichem, Cipla, Lupin, Sg Phyto Pharma,etc. Here we can work without stipend but we get the certificate here.
Placement Experience
We get the campus interview from TCS, Cognizant. Many are getting placed through this process. Also with the reference of the teachers we get many placement availability. We also get placement opportunities with reference of the alumni.
College Events
We have NSS camps, Gathering, Induction, Send-off, many other days like traditional day, filmy day, teachers day, Dandiya night,etc. We have Spandan in the month of feb. The library is very good with all the books of Indian as well as foreign authors. We get research journals as well as the books are given in the caste scheme for the whole year. So we don't need to buy any external books. The books are very much that every student gets books for study. The classroom are very big have good lights as well as windows for ventilation. We have projector and screen for the pot presentation. Good sort of benches as well as chalkboard. Classrooms have the CCTV cameras. We have the good ground as well as gymkhana for the indoor games. We have all requirements of sports. We have sports week in December complete week we enjoyed sports like Cricket, volleyball, throwball, badminton, running, relay, chess, carrom, kho-kho,etc. We have students council for the student.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fees for 1 year is 110000 but now it's gone to 130000. We get all the caste scholarships as well as EBC,EWS scholarship. We also get merit scholarship from Shivaji University as well as we have educational loan. Job on campus with stipend is not allowed. For M. Pharm we get stipend after admission through Cap round and if we are GPAT qualified.
Hostel Facilities
We don't have college hostels. But there are many rental hostels near by college where all the boys and girls can live easily. There are separate hostels for girls and boys with attached mess. Or we can get separate mess. Also there are availability of PG.
Admission
No here there is no GD or PI for admission. For admission we nees to give MHT-CET. and for masters admission we need to give GPAT. So no need to worry for the GD or PI. For understanding we can meet the faculty members and get the knowledge of the college.
