Review by batch 2022

I applied for the OUAT exam and JEE exam but, I didn't opt for the OUAT course because my rank was not good enough so I chose to go for the BTech course. The admission process in COEB occurs based on valid ranks of JEE/OJEE/CAT & students must have above 60% mark in the 12th board. This admission process starts in July. The classes commend from August. The students should have 17+ age. The students are informed to come on a date for their counselling process. In the counselling process, document verification is done. The student gets admission after the document verification. Before the classes, an induction programme takes place for 7 days.

I chose this course because I was always interested to grab knowledge about technology as computer science is an evergreen field. 40% faculties of our college are well educated and always ready to help students. The faculty student ratio is 1:15. The lecturer takes class regularly. All the facilities are postgraduate and 5-6 years of teaching experience. They teach in a very practical way which is an easier way to learn faster. Some teachers are not up to the mark. There are 2 semesters in a year. The odd semester takes place in December and the even semester takes place in April. There is 4 internals with practice exams. Students having proper notes and guidance from the teacher can easily pass the exam.

The fees structure is quite reasonable for all students. The students get discount depends upon their quota, ranks of JEE/OJEE/CAT. My fees per year are 80000. One can pay through cash, cheques and online transaction. Registration for the semester paper is 1550. The college provides like Prerana, Medha Brutee. In this scholarship, the students of the general category get rupees 10000 and rupees 18000 for the other categories. One can apply to different states scholarship forms. I haven't availed of any financial assistance from the college. I am currently in the 6th semester. I haven't got a job yet. The college has a tie-up with Syndicate bank and the bank is near the gateway of the campus.

The college conduct techfest every year. In this techfest many inter college and Intra College competitions like dance, song, code guru, essay writing, general knowledge, the quiz takes place. There is a library which has around 2000 books out of which 60% are coursebook and others are manuals and projects. The classrooms of the college have benches, tables and are under CCTV surveillance. Under extracurricular activities, there are volleyball, basketball and cricket ground. The playing equipments are provided by the college from the sports room. The college also has a gym. All the branches have their clubs. I'm in the Trozen club of Computer Science department.
