Remarks

I applied to Mahatma Gandhi Memorial College and Choithram Paramedical College to get admission to MGM every student should score 80% and for Choithram it should be 75%. There is an entrance exam based on this exam the students are selected for the next document verification level.

Physiotherapy is a profession. That works with people to identify and minimize their ability to move and function. There are 50 seats are available for BPT students. It's a 4 year, long-duration course exams are conducted yearly.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 5000 per year

Internships Opportunities

6 month of compulsory internship in BPT. Choithram Hospital has facilities for internships. They accept students from another college. Choithram College has a strong community-based rehabilitation program.

Fees and Financial Aid

College fees are not so expensive. The per-year fees of the Bachelor of physiotherapy course are 70,000. My college also allows to pay fees in instalments and also provide scholarship for backward class.

Campus Life

The college is good with all amenities, there is a big playground for sports activities. Course-related books are available in the library of the college. The sports fest is conducted for 1 week. Different types of competition are held in the college.

Placement Experience:

Placements in college are quite good if we compare them with other similar state government engineering colleges. It has a separate TPO (training and placement office) cell which helps students in their placements. Some quite good companies like TCS and Wipro visit the campus for placements. Around 40% of students get placed every year. The highest being 11 LPA. Core competencies the lowest 3.5 LPA salary offered in IT sector companies. Reliance, LNT, Infosys were the top recruiters. Every year students go for internships in BHEL NTPC etc. Companies ( around 30%) Other 70% students go for local transmission plant as the internship is compulsory for everyone. Students organize cultural activities.
