Entrance Preview

The college has an entrance exam called JET ( Jain Entrance Test.I chose CMS over the various other colleges due to the unique course structure which provides the students a holistic management learning with a perfect blend of academic and extra curricular activities.Apart from the entrance exam the college also included a group discussion and personal interview as a part of their admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is extremely holistic and well planned. The college and university lays utmost emphasis to ensure that the syllabus and entire program and course structure is in sync with the dynamic business environment to ensure that students are equipped with the necessary competencies and knowledge required to have the necessary edge to thrive in the corporate world.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, the college provides internship as internships are an integral aspect of the college's Corporate BBA program where every student is required to work for a minimum of two months every semester. The college placement department is extremely cooperate and provide the necessary training and support to ensure that the students are well trained to attend the interviews of the companies.

Placement Experience

The college offers great placement opportunities thereby placing most of the students applying for college placements.The college has several leading MNC's ( EY ,Goldman Sachs IBM KPMG Delloite CNN Amazon Myntra Fidelity India Bulls Jet airways Indigo L&T Oberoi Hotels Facebook LinkedIn Google Mercedes ICICI Reliance Aditya Birla Group etc) coming to it's campus for recruitment.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is slightly expensive. The per annum fess of the college is about Rs 175,000. However considering all the facilities and opportunities the college provides the fees structure seems reasonable and worth it.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college offers a scholarship for meritorious students.I have availed a scholarship of Rs 10,000 per annum for securing 94.8 % in class 12.The college also conducts a scholarship test to ensure meritorious students get a chance to secure a scholarship ranging upto Rs 10,000.

Exam Structure

The exam and assessment structure is efficiently designed thereby maintain a 70:30 ratio of Internal and external assessment.The internal assessments comprises of unit tests, pre finals,internship,attendance and other class assignments whereas the external assessment is the end semester examinations.

Admission

I had checked the website of the college in the month of January to learn about the admission dates and process. However I procured the form only after 25th may. The administration was efficient and successfully explain me the entire admission process and course details and also assisted me with my queries.

Likes

The fees structure is very affordable for me and the fees for this kind of quality education is what I would really appreciate.
The intership opportunities and the placement records is also a very distinctive thing of our college
The faculty is very approachable and experienced and teach us real world skills along with the academics.

Dislikes

The college is very disciplined in terms of attendance and it is mandatory to maintain 75% attendance

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities from our college are amazing as the average package is around 700000 and the highest is around 900000. We even have a lot of value added certification couses which will give a boost to our CV. Many renowned companies such has Grand Throthon and the BIG four companies have came for placements.

The location advantage is something you can't afford to miss, as in Bengaluru you always have loads of opportunities
The campus and its ambience is one of the beast you can locate in the bengaluru proximity. It is safe, sound and enjoyful.
The mentors, teachers are very approachable and always ready to help you whenever needed.

Dislikes

Discipline is a factor which will always be in count here and you need to have a attendence above 75%.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is excellent there is 100% record of those students who choose to sit for the interviews or jobs. The average package for BBA is 7,00,000 and highest is 9,00,000. The big companies that visit are Delloite, KPMG etc.

The first thing i love the infrastructure of ISME and then the facultys and then also the batch size is less which we are getting personalized attention and more
The campus life is modern and it feels good and everyone in the campus are friendly and worth to make new connections.
The placement in ISME is good as a business school and they also have tied up with more top companies like KPMG etc...and the placement here is totally good

Dislikes

The only thing i disliked from my personal experience in ISME is attendance...because this attendance is soo mandatory here and strict in attendance
Also the campus is slightly far away when you are from the city

Placement Experience:

The placement in our collage is actually good ...even ug students who want to get a job after ug...isme is placeing the ug also in top companies and the placement here is really good and most of them getting placed in top companies

I likes the Hospitality Department Placement efforts
The quality of the infrastructure, including campus amenities and learning facilities is very good

Dislikes

Most of the teachers are freshers and not have experience on teaching domain.
Syllabus does not have depth and clarity
course curriculum to your personal and professional development is highly poor

Placement Experience:

In my course 3,4 and 6th semesters are internshisp amd it's mandatory to do. For the placement department has track record and very effective. I'm planning to move on hospitality field and taking interview.

Amrita mysore campus is great for studies but not for parties or enjoyments

Likes

People are nice and very interactive so it helps a lot
Faculties are one of the best in this college they are experienced
Exams are very easy to pass it's not like other colleges

Dislikes

Infrastructure is low only few departments and buildings
Mess food is not that great which I personally felt
Hostel facilities are very low and not that good

Placement Experience:

Placements here happens at 3rd year and at the end of 2n year you will be provided with an internship and placement will depend upon cgpa both 6-8 cgpa and 8-9 cgpa have great options on placement package starting from 2LKH Pa. And yeah most of them go for MBA after this

Gardencity University from the perspective of a student

Likes

I love the campus it has lots of figurines, and visuals etc
The canteen is really great looking and serves awesome food
There's sitting area almost everywhere and washrooms everywhere for convenience.

Dislikes

Washrooms are a bit dirty and unclean sometimes.
The canteen food was sometimes found to give food poisoning to students.
Campus is too small, cud be bigger to take strolls

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester which is the second last semester. Infosys, Indigo, Aditya Birla, Wipro, IBM, TCS, Cipla, and Domino's have visited the clg as far as I remember. The median package awarded to UG (3 years) and PG (2 years) during placements 2022 stood at INR 4.5 LPA and INR 7.5 LPA Garden City University placed 146 PG (2 years) and 388 UG (3 years) students overall. I wanna open my own restaurant chain after degree.

Remarks:

It’s very well disciplined and good college. World class infrastructure, clean and beautiful campus. Experienced and well-educated faculty members. Placement is also very good but it also depends on the business market.

Reality of CMS

CMS is way more lenient than Christ University Christ as you know, they are very strict in their discipline code.
