NICMAR has a separate entrance exam held generally during Jan/Feb and then interviews. Based on the performance in exam and interview and also the course you have selected, you will be allotted different campuses.

Course Curriculum is Industry specific and covers also aspects of Project Management, Construction Management, Human Resource, Marketing etc. A typical MBA with specialization in Construction Industry. Subjects include; Project Management, Marketing, HRM Primavera & MS Project Financial Management Safety etc.

Yes it provides ASSISTANCE for internship and it totally depends on the candidate on how he performs during the tests and interviews conducted by the campus who visit the campus specially for internships. Stipend varies from company to company and also campus to campus. To name a few companies which visited Hyderabad campus for our batch. HCC Salmon Leap, M N Dastur, Petron L&T.

Placements are generally good in NICMAR and it again totally depends on how a candidates cracks it. They have opportunities from India and also GCC region. Packages varies from Freshers to Experienced. But its generally good as far as the construction industry is concerned. To name a few companies which visited Hyderabad campus for our batch. L&T HCC Brigade Sepam WLL QatarKhansaheb Dubai ETA UAE/Qatar ICICI, HFC Ltd, Punj Lyold, JLLI GBC Dmart Samsung Construction.

About Hyderabad CampusAll the festivals are celebrated with equal importance and in a well planned manner. Aloha is the freshers fest which is held for 3-4 days. Eid : Awesome Biriyani and Haleem will always be the highlight of the day. Onam : Traditional dances and Some fun activities is followed by Onam Sadhya which is as always tasty. Ganesh Chaturthi : It last for 5-7 Days and everyday pooja is held and first and last day is the highlight followed by a day in between where all the staff join the students for a wonderful lunch and the visarjan followed by some cool dance stuff. Very expencive but taking into considerations of the fee structure of the MBA college, it is in line. College Fees : 8 Lakhs Plus Hostel and Food Expenses. To be paid in installments. Few banks do provide loans for students with good repayment options. Like Credilla, Andhra Bank, SBI etc.

Every trimester Top 10% of all campuses are awarded scholarships and it varies from 25000 to 7500. The Merit Scholarship ward is given to the topper of all campuses and is generally 1 - 1. 3 Lakhs per trimester. Also PMI Award is given during the convocation and after 1st year which is around 1 Lakhs for being topper in all Project management subjects among all campuses.

Gender ratio is very bad. our batch strength was 107 and we had around 18-20 girls. Parties happen often at the hostel and group trips do happen often. Sports facilities are not so good but the hostel has a TT Table and we used to play cricket beside the hostel. we do have a badiminton court. PS: Hyderabad campus is shifted to a own campus and I'm not aware about Hostel, Sports facilities etc.

Hostel is very small in case of boys while the girls hostel is huge and it accommodates all other course girls too. For boys the hostel is only for ACM Juniors and Seniors. While they do have good PGs around the college with walking distance radius. Hostel for Boys and Girls is Sharing. 2 Rooms have a shared Bathroom and Each room is allotted to 2 guys. For girls they have individual bathrooms and 2 girls are accommodated in each room. Food quality is ok type but generally people have food from outside. PS: Hyderabad campus is shifted to a own campus and I'm not aware about Hostel, Sports facilities etc.

Alumni Network are well connected through social media. The vast network in India and Gulf often help the placement department to gather information and details about recruitment opportunities. Almost daily job posting are done in the social media pages.

Exams are typical college type won;t leave you with a hectic day for sure. Won't be so chilled out too. The internal vary according to professors, some conduct internals and few based on surprise tests, class performance, presentations etc. TPI is awards on Trimester basis and is out of 10. CPI is cumulative one. Few have scored 10 TPI in few trimesters. A couple of them in my batch.

Talking in particular about my campus i. e. Hyderabad. The faculty are really good and very experienced in both aspects industry and teaching field. Specialized teachers for there pertaining specification. Marketing and Financial Management Professors are Best. Others are also good.
