Remarks

Eligibility of course is 10+2 passed with a minimum 50% requirement. Application forms are available on the campus on admission time provides application fees of 1000. Reservations allow. No, all facilities are good here, good environment to learn here more things.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I want to become a software engineer. Faculty are available for each subject and students ratio approx every class above 50 students. Qualifications are highly teachers good experience and few teachers are Ph.D. level and good experience faculty All things here are done in a timely.

Internships Opportunities

Google, Samsung, HCL, Wipro, And software companies. Here more type good projects are invented and more of the software and tech companies here visited software developers and software engineers.

Here 3rd semester students are eligible for internships and also last year's appearing students. More MNCs company are here offering good packages. The highest package is 39 lakh and the average package is 12 lakh. 85 percent of students here placed. I'm completing my UG degree and then moving to PG from NIT Trichy MCA.

Fees and Financial Aid

Here scholarships are available from the Uttar Pradesh Government. UP government Scholarship name, and few relaxations in fees by the college according to student financial conditions. Here internships are provided good infrastructure.

Campus Life

College organizations annual fest and tech fest and much more competition, club fest are here celebrate. The college has a big library here with all types of books available to read. All classrooms are smart Classes. Class in ACs, projectors, per student computer, free wifi. The college has lush green ground on campus, sports clubs, and all types of games are played here. More groups like tech group, social services group dance group, and culture activities group.

Good Internship Opportunities

Likes

The faculty members are supportive and always helps students with academics and projects
The campus has modern labs, good classrooms, and many technical and cultural events
Placement training, workshops, and coding sessions helps students improve therapies skills.

Dislikes

The campus becomes crowded during peak hours due to large number of students
More industry internships and live projects should be included in the same curriculum.
Administrative work can sometimes take longer than expected during busy periods

Likes

I liked the Infrastructure here and the greenery and canteens well hygienic and clean .
Faculties are very supportive and well educated in their field they do encourage and support the students . They are easy to approach .
The campus life is very good here , the events etc and you will get to see various clubs here where you can participate and learn various skills like team work , time management etc.

Dislikes

Attendance criteria is strict here so that sometimes student faces some difficulty .
They can include more practical work for technical students .

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is getting better many students were placed this year with avg package of 4LPA and higest of 20 LPA . Percentage of Placed students is 60-70% in my batch because rest of all will go for masters . Companies like Chetu , tech mahindra visits here . From 5th semester students are become eligible for appling for campus placements and it is mandatory to apply those who want placement and if you once applied you have to attend the drive . They used to bring company till the students who wants placement are not placed apart from that they prepare students for placement throught PDP classes and one one to mentorship .

Good college with decent opportunities

Likes

Good faculty co ordinator and good infrastructure
Classrooms are also neat and clean as well
Library and labs are also set and best in condition

Dislikes

Sports and sports management are little busy.
Entrance Gate rule( opening & closing feels like we re in school)
Everything id good as well not any problem

Placement from ghe college are average. Student becomes eligible from final year. Few companies visits the college offering basic roles. The average package is around 4-6 lpa and some capable students get placed too.many student are also plan for higher studies or prepare for compatative exams after graduation.

Good campus environment, clean campus as well as a lot of greenary in campus
Many security gaurds present at different levels of gates and availability of a lots of cameras
Faculty is good and understanding making it easy for the students to interact with the teachers

Dislikes

75 percent is a must and they font allow students to give exam if the attendance is below 75
The students are not allowed outside the hostel premises after 9:30pm
Hostel premises are closed during main festivals like holi and diwali

The average package ranges between 3–5 LPA, while the highest package can go up to 8–10 LPA depending on skills and performance. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, and other reputed firms. Think before you opt for this college.

Likes

The infrastructure and greenery was really good. Play grounds, running track and a sports building. There were respective charges for availing any sports facility like gym, swimming etc.
College fest was average with the college inviting well known artists like Milind Gabba, Nikita Gandhi, Raftar etc.
Girls- boys ration is good but the quality of students and environment is below average.

Dislikes

None of the teachers were highly trained to teach subject matter. The administration was always finding ways to fine students may it be for attendance or any hostel related expenses.
Hostel food was real trash. After even complaining on a regular basis it was upto no good.
There were many restrictions for hostel students like for even going out we needed passes and had to call our parents, they don't provide leave if u want to go home during the session.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are been done but they force u to sit for non core companies. Like I was doing BCA and I had to sit for slaes, marketing and in field sales persons job interviews. Mass eecruiters like infosys and wipro also came which they take like 200 to 300 students.

I applied to every college on the Lucknow University affiliated college list but chose CIMS due to the following reasons: > Networking: I had many acquantances who were currently studying or have just passed out with placements from CIMS. This helped me realise the actuality of the college. >Location: As mentioned, the college campus is located smack dab in the middle of the city. This was a major element in my decision making as I travelled by myself and need to choose a place not far yet not so close to my own home. >Student Body: As I made a visit at the college, I got to see the type of students who were studying at the college, I found them to be a great crowd and this played an essential role in the decision. The admission process was as simple as it gets. I was accompanied with my father and we visited the college campus and asked for a tour. When we were done with it, I had made the decision to enroll there. I applied for BBD but I choose CIMS for it extra curricular activities and holistic development approach of the college and also the location of this college is also good as I am from gorakhpur but I stayed in hostel of CIMS only and every thing is easily available.
