Remarks

Eligibility of course is by MHTCET entrance exam. The application form will be given on the college campus and the application fee is 500 rupees and dates are followed by the college. The reservation benefits as the rules for every caste. In obc 50% is a concession. It should be online.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

I love machine learning and Robot. So I choose an artificial intelligence course to get knowledge about how robots work. There are 2 teachers per subject and a lab assistant. Qualification of faculty is m.tech from their subjective branch. The teaching methods of teachers are too good. They always motivate us. 2 semesters per year and the difficulty of the exam is medium.

Class Size: 61Course Fees: INR 93000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The companies like ITC and Infosys provide us internships and give us chances to participate in hackathons with India best competitors. This internship was provided for 2nd year afterwards. You get good experience and some stipends.

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for college placements. The companies that visited the college is Infosys, Tata, Wipro, ITC, zender and many more. The percentage of students gets is 40 %. I want to do m.tech after BTech. The average package of college is 4 lakh per year and this year highest was 8 lakh per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees of college are 93000 per year. Which contains tuition fees and maintenance fees. The cost of study for an engineering student is quite expensive for they were outside of their home. The scholarship I availed myself is mahadbt scholarship.

Campus Life

3.5

The annual fest was organised in the last month of the year. As social thogehterness. This college provides a huge Library with more than 4 lakhs books in it. A classroom has a digital board and projector. A college has big ground and a basketball court.

Hostel Facilities

A facility provided in the room is one bed and one gadda. Meal quality is extremely good as they make a meal is home only and on the menu, you get 4 chapatis and 1 big bowl rice, dal, and vegetable for 6 days and 1 day something special. The affordability of rooms in Nagpur is quite tough and rent is also quite high. Registration for the room is you have to give a security deposit. I get my room near my college approx 300 meters.

Hostel Fee: INR 24000 per year

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.

This college is nearly from my residence and i heared many things from beginning about this college some good and some bad but the college is actually educating and provide education as it has to provide. I applied only for this college because i aim to comlete my degree and take some theoretical knowledge. Which they are providing. But there are more colleges which are providing more better placement and campus but i like to learn and not to distract. The admission process is not so complexed we can take provisional admission in such branches which are so crowded but in AI or CS and all branches cap allotment system. I didn't choose this college, it was destiny and I am not that rich. The addmission process was simple i have to crack CET exam and I got some good percentile of that I had around 85 percentile but I couldn't have applied to other colleges because the good colleges are far from my home and there fees are also high. For example if I have applied to GH raisoni I have to pay over 80000 fees and the rest will be scholarship but here I pay 48000 that's the difference it doesn't matter if you have studied hard got good marks the college you decide is always on the basis of money and fees Thats why I am stuck here...Read More
