You have to secure good marks apx 85% in respective board examination of class 12 and then you apply when the new session form start. After that you have wait for result for selected list/exam test and secure good marks in that so you can go for counseling to take allotment letter after fee payment of first year around 4000.

Interview Experience
Yes, there is written test not in covid year but yes it take written test and counselling . Don't worry very easy test. You have to focus on counselling as it requires all type of document like you are obc category or sc/St or ews category then you have to submit proper documentation for smooth process of admission.
